Great accommodations! Great view , very very clean , well stocked , convenient location. Joe is a great host!
I would stay at this location again. Owner is very nice to deal with. Only problem was a small problem with ants in the kitchen. Owner provides everything needed from snorkel equipment, children sized surf boards, and all kinds of toys to play in the sand.
Fantastic apartment. Very clean and well equipped and the location was amazing. We were able to settle in straight away and had a very enjoyable break. Facilities in the area were good too. Communications with Joe were prompt and useful. We plan to come back!
We loved our stay in Kihei at Joe's condo. He was very eager and willing to make our stay a happy one. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. The views speak for itself. In fact, we looked forward to breakfast on the lanai each morning and amazing sunsets each night. It was a truly spectacular condo!
This is a really wonderful property. Perfect for 2 people but it also worked for us when one of our adult-kids and his girlfriend stayed with us for a few days. The unit is in a clean and quiet complex off the main road but VERY close to a lot of places we wanted to visit. The access to the beach could not be easier. Make sure to go for a walk at night to see a lot of sea-turtles. The appliances are all up-to-date and worked very well. We loved having the full-sized fridge with an ice-maker. The sunsets from the balcony are amazing. The host was very responsive to our couple of pre-stay questions. All around, a great place to stay.
The property was amazing. The unit had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and all the amenities you can need! The sunsets were a highlight right from the lanai and walking on the beach every morning to see the sea turtles was majestic! Mahalo
Was here for my mom’s96 th birthday, she lives here in Kihei. . Stayed here before for her other birthdays The property is beautiful & well kept up. Was wonderful to drink our coffee in the morning & wine at sunset- what a view.They have everything you could need for your visit. Thank you for making some wonderful memories.
Beautiful decor and everything you could possibly need. The towels were fluffy and smelled amazing. The front door enters immediately into the bedroom and the door is frosted glass. A room darkening curtain would be a nice addition on that window. The building itself is not super fancy. The other property owners could tidy up their outdoor spaces - one had an old mattress sitting outside - and this would improve the view of the building from the pretty beach and lawn area. These are relatively minor issues. The water is not quite as clear and blue as other beaches on Maui but we enjoyed the close proximity, swimming and saw a turtle and a seal!
Perfect location on a uncrowded beach. AC was nice for those warmer days. Unit has all the beach stuff you might need and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Property manager was responsive to any questions or needs. If you’re looking for big waves and crowded beaches, choose another place. But if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable condo facing the beach with few people around, this one is for you!
Host was accomodating of an early check in, unit was clean and well stocked. Excellent location!
We can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The unit exceeded our expectations, from the spotless cleanliness and beautiful ocean view to the thoughtful amenities and well-maintained space.Joe was incredibly responsive and guided us every step of the way, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we booked. Thanks to his hospitality, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our time without a worry. We loved the Tommy Bahama chairs for beach days, they were a great touch. As was the A/C!When we return to Maui, there’s no question, we’ll absolutely plan to book with Joe again!
What can I say? We were so happy when we arrived at this property to find the most beautiful view. It was exactly what I was hoping for our quick stay on Maui. The view of the water, palm trees, and sunset were just breathtaking. When we arrived there was an amazing treat waiting for us, along with a super clean, and fully stocked condo! Every detail was not overlooked. Seasonings, olive oil, aloe for burns, towels, chairs, everything you could need while you stayed here. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the pull out, which never happens. Falling asleep to the waves, was exactly what I wanted. We were extremely comfortable, with two air cons, one in each room. The upgrades were beautiful, the towels were soft, everything was clean and well thought out. Joe was great and got back to me within minutes about any question or need. We all can’t wait to come back and stay again!
This stay truly couldn’t have been any better! The location, the views, the cleanliness and hospitality provided by Joe. All top notch! I stayed the prior 4 nights at a high end resort in Wailea and this was infinitely better. If I decide to visit Maui again, it will solely be dependent on the availability of this rental. Thank you for the memories!
Absolutely stunning location, gorgeous views, local to the center of town, but off any busy roads for a quiet experience. Joe and Cassie were so friendly and welcoming!!! We will be recommending and if we ever have the opportunity to visit Maui again, I will stay no where else!! Aloha!!!

Great spot, great view, right on a beach! Had everything we needed.
Absolutely fantastic property. The views are second to none and as long as you can deal with seeing whales and turtles everyday you should have no problem. The suite has everything you need including an air fryer, instantpot, beach gear, lots of towels and even binoculars if you forgot yours. For those with late flights there is a Safeway nearby that is open 24/7. Stop on the way from the airport. Everything was clean and our trip was perfect.

This location was perfect and exactly as described. Sitting on the lanai each morning drinking coffee and watching the ocean was a wonderful way to wake up. The sunsets were spectacular as well.

My daughters and I enjoyed every moment at this property. There is no better patio view in Kihei and the sunsets are phenomenal. The beds including the pullout were really comfortable. Was so great to have chairs and umbrella and boogie boards to use at the beach! I highly recommend a stay here and hope to get back again.
Our stay was fantastic & exactly as advertised! The views were incredible. The beach was beautiful, clean and pretty quiet. Within walking distance to some restaurants, but within a short drive to everything else. We loved it. We will be back!
Such a great location and just a beautiful place to call home for a few days. The balcony overlooks the sand dunes and the ocean. We ate every meal on the outside patio table. The sunsets were mind blowing. We will definitely be back!!!
Place is exactly as shown. Beach and amazing view from your own balcony is perfect every morning and every evening. With that in front of you and a short walk to 30-40 places to get any kind of food you want, each breakfast and dinner can be had with a spectacular, peaceful, quiet view. Turtles abound steps away from the unit. Clean & modern inside. Highly recommend.
We arrived 2 hours after designated check in and the unit was littered with cleaning supplies and was not clean.
Bed wasn’t cleaned or made, dishwasher full, mop on the floor and mop bucket full of dirty water. Entire kitchen island with cleaning supplies and someone else’s things.
Manager offered a separate property to stay in that night, however we would have had to move back to this unit for our second night.
Didn’t feel comfortable going to a second location. Ended up canceling and booking a hotel. Very inconvenient and unprofessional start to a once in a lifetime vacation.
The location is beautiful and I was highly disappointed to walk into a clearly not ready unit that property manager wouldn’t have ready until the following day.
Will likely consider hotels over VRBO in the future due to inconsistent availability. At least I know a hotel room will be clean and that they will accommodate in a safe way if anything is out of place.
The view and location were best features, the decor and amenities were impeccable.

The apt is so clean and convenient. You walk to the nicest beach within 1 minute, perfect views of the sunset, ac works well, the kitchen has everything you need. I could go on. Joe was quick to respond to any messages.
