We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was quiet, clean and spacious. We truly didn’t want to leave. The beds were sooo comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing. It was my first time in Maui. I had no problem with the condo at all, it was very clean, well equipped and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that i had, which is the reason i might not return to this location, is that we were the only group of young people in the entire complex (30s to 40s). I read the terms of the rental contract and it was never stated that we could not play music.
My group of friends and i, decided to stay in one day of our week to enjoy the pool. We brought a small speaker box and played some music (i promise it was at a really low volume) if you walked across the pool, you wouldn’t be able to hear our music, that’s how low it was.
Well, a gentleman probably in his 70s, approached us and asked us to turn off our music because people were complaining. He left, but we kept our music the same. Later on, a lady demanded us to turn it off. This lady was extremely rude, stating multiple time she was the owner of one of the many condos and threatened us with calling the manager and getting us kicked out. I asked her politely to please bring the manager to us and she agreed and told us she was going to come back with him.
This lady did not come back with the manager, instead she kept talking to other people at the pool complaining about us.
The last people we saw her talking to, was an older couple who later at night found the condo where we were staying and started knocking super loud. This was extremely creepy.
