Great location for easy walk to all of the restaurants and Waikiki beach. Full view of fireworks set off from the Hilton on Friday nights from patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach mat provided which was nice for the beach. Free parking in open large lot less than 5 minute walk. Shave Ice at bottom of elevator. Window air conditioner that kept main room nice and cold, but back bedroom was a little warm, but thankfully bedroom has a ceiling fan. Definitely hear noise of the city at night in the bedroom, but that is to be expected with the location. Pull-out sofa bed more suitable for younger kids vs our two teenage kids. Shower and bathroom small but fine for us for our short stay. Overall great rental for the price.

Second time staying at a Niihau unit. 802 was a very nice clean unit and perfect size as a hotel alternative. Kitchen was great for breakfast. Bathroom and shower is small as advertised but works great. Air conditioning kept place cool. I would recommend this place, it is a great place to stay and location. I rented this unit for a business trip. Beach Walk is a great location to access many locations in Waikiki, and easy to get to for uber/lyft. The shave ice place at the first floor was a nice suprise. Clean and as advertised. For larger people the shower is small. Everything worked fine and they were very attentive.

I traveled with my kids. They enjoyed the boogie boards that were there. I like that beach towels were also provided. It has a small shower so if your a big person I would reconsider. The negative thing was I had to clean some areas. I discussed with the owner and we came to a resolution. Paul was awesome. I would rebook in the future

Midtown Waikiki as advertised. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Simple and affordable. TV works, full kitchen. Will be back!

Compact apartment. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the sofa bed was excessively squeaky and uncomfortable. The bathroom was petite, and the shower felt cramped with no ventilation. The balcony appears to be quite loud.. Advantages include proximity to the beach, available parking, and convenient access to walking, shopping, and dining options.

My husband and I have stayed in this building before and enjoy the walkable location to everything. This unit is nice for a short stay but I would recommend asking Captain Cook for advice regarding a unit more equipped for a longer stay like our 30 days. Paul was gracious, helpful, and always available.

There is black mold in the bathroom, sticky/dirty floors, air conditioner filter in backwards and thus not seated properly and fell out when I was inspecting it, musty smell with occasional cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vent and AC unit, dirty and/or dusty surfaces including orange Cheeto dust on the couch, water damaged floors and walls. The large dial clock doesn't work because the batteries are dead. Outlets in close proximity to water (bathroom and kitchen) are not GFCI outlets. There is a mess of extension cords plugged into a single outlet one of which is the AC unit. Neighbours play music late at night heard through the bedroom in addition to the sound of emergency vehicles almost every night.The offsite parking was also a surprise, which hasn't been a problem yet, but is inconvenient.There isn't any hand soap for the kitchen or bathroom and cleaning equipment and supplies are lacking and broken.It's clear that the last time this place was renovated they did what they could to cover up problems rather than fix them.

The space was located in a part of Waikiki we prefer and enjoy and it was perfectly situated to access everything by foot. Parking was included which was located in a parking lot not nearby. It was the perfect amount of space for two adults and our 2 young kids. Clean and equipped with items we needed for the week we were there. As other reviewers mentioned, there is some very early morning noise from either garbage or delivery trucks which was easily heard through the bedroom window with the windows closed, but not as loud for our kids sleeping in the livingroom. Location was perfect even with that inconvenience and we would stay again.

There is no doubt that this rental is one of the best in the Honolulu area. Great location, price, convenience, parking, etc. Waikiki beach is just next block. Inside the condo is a one bedroom with a sleep sofa. This place is good for 3-4 people(we're family of three). The bathroom specially the shower area is a little small but it serves its purpose. We would definitely come back and rent this place again.

Great central location very close to Waikiki beach, well equipped, even beach chairs and a sun umbrella.Very noisy and light. Need better curtains and windows. Queen bed good, sofabed and rollaway bed both uncomfortable.
