Gina was so awesome to work with the condo was so comfortable and relaxing great view of the city
Would rent again !Host was super accommodating and made sure we were able to check in early so we didn’t have to be waiting around .The place was perfect with parking and close to everything right in Waikiki.
I stayed here with my husband and 3 children (ages 4, 8, 10). We had a small issue with getting in upon arrival, but the host was so responsive and helpful. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My daughters loved the board games, and we all really appreciated the beach gear. The view was great, and the place was comfortable. The location was very convenient and having a parking space available was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is great. Easy access in and out. Close walk to Waikiki with restaurants in walking distance.
We flew to Hawaii for a wedding and had a great trip. Getting around in a vehicle took a little getting used to as Honolulu is more city like than folks might imagine. Roads are congested and narrow. Exploring the island was a blast and easy to do from this location (especially once you are out of the city). The beach is walkable and Gina communicated well as we planned the trip.

Place was clean and well stocked. Owner was super communicative and attentive to every detail. She was also very accommodating and went out of her way to make our stay smooth.
We had 5 of us staying forpart of a family trip to Oahu and the location was great for driving across the island and the parking was very convenient.
We spent 3 days here as part of a 10 day trip in the islands no problems great stay
This condo was walkable to Waikiki and many restaurants, shops, etc. The view of the canal from the balcony was very nice. While the bedrooms were small, the living space was adequate for 4 adults. The condo was well appointed with all the kitchen basics as well as beach towels, a couple of boogie boards, beach toys, etc. The condo was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Gina was very friendly and communicative.
I resonant with all 26 reviews previously written to date. (Hey, I'm a retired engineer, so I think in numbers and accuracy).
23 of the 26 reviews written were scored 10/10 (aka. Excellent). The multitudes of positive remarks (breadth & depth) are "spot on" accurate in detail and description (the host, cleanliness, condition, atmosphere, location, parking, utility, kitchen, etc...). Thus, my review would mirror each positive remark already made. I recommend reviewing each!
The remaining 3 of 26 reviews that were rated just under 10/10 briefly touched on traffic noise and elevator. The comments were accurate, but not an issue for my family (retired couple, son, daughter-in-law, and their 4 mos infant).
Above sums up my review. There are 3 items briefly addressed in the other 26 reviews. My add...
1. (+) The front door is only a small number of steps from the elevator. The door stands alone next to the laundry room, both separated from all the other units along a long balcony (i.e. no long walks to/from elevator, more privacy).
2. (-) The A/C units in each room work well, but are noisy. No issue for my family. We enjoyed the "cool".
3. (+) Equipped with a storeable Playpen: We set it up and used it for our 4 mos grandson :)
4. (+) We cooked 3 full meals during our stay. A fully equipped kitchen...even a rice cooker!
Finally, Gina is an excellent host! Accomodating and responsive prior, during and after our stay.
We had a lovely few days in Honolulu. The stay at Gina's place was fabulous. I had lived in the same building decades ago and it was as I recalled. The view of the mountains and the Ala Wai is spectacular and being just on the edge of Waikiki allows for some exposure but also an easy escape to other neighborhoods, the windward side of the island, or the restaurants on King St etc. We would definitely stay here again.
The unit has a LOT of really nice touches. 1) Plenty of towels 2) kitchen has nice pots/pans, essential cooking utensils and so forth 3)tea/coffee starter set up 4)furniture clean/newish 5)bedroom a/c worked very well 6) pac n play provided & highchair (upon request) 7) parking ( squishy but do able but that's the whole city) we had a mini van...
Walmart was like 10-15 mins away- we found a variety of restaurants, the food truck area (within walking distance- has a huge variety- we were all able to get different things including dessert)
Personally I didn't like the area- so I won't be staying again. Too many ppl for me- I need to find a place with less ppl & less traffic- I am glad I experienced the area once- but that was enough for me :)
Being our first time in Oahu I wasn’t sure what to expect. We’re very glad we stayed here. The view was amazing to wake up to every morning and every night. I appreciate the extended instructions of easy check in and check out. As soon as we walked in the place was clean and being that we’re on the 14th floor it was fresh. Loved that every room had a portable AC. Love the technology upgrades that Gina has done to the place. The building is a little dated but Gina has made sure that her place doesn’t make you feel that way with all the upgrades and modern touches. It’s convenient to 7/11 which we went to daily. The washer and dryer’s were a little annoying right outside but if needed there is a laundry mat right next door. We also appreciated the beach accessories, although we’d wish there was a beach umbrella. We bought one and left it behind. Really enjoyed our stay.
The condo was obviously recently renovated. Everything was clean, and it was in a great location. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, and it was wonderful that a parking space was included with the rental. The laundry room is right next to the unit which was nice, and the owner had a very smooth check-in/check-out process. Our family would definitely stay here again!
Contacted the host about checking in slightly earlier as we arrived first thing in the morning communication was smooth and the host was exceptionally accommodating.
The place was great.
Over looking the canals meant that you didn't feel hemed in with others all around you.
we were there for a sporting trip and it just so happened that there was a club straight over the road from the river that we were able to hook in with and get some water timepaddles i excessubers
The condo was clean and updated. Our host did a great job communicating the checking in and checking out process. Overall we had a great stay
This place was a great value! The free parking spot at the base of the apartment was super convenient. The apartment itself is in a good location - close enough to the beach but not too loud/crowded. 7/11 is right next to the building and restaurants are all around. We were provided plenty of beach supplies, including beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs. For the four of us, it did feel small at times with only one bathroom but I would still recommend staying here!
We were in Hawaii for a family vacation which included my 84 year old mama with special accommodations needs. Our host (Gina) helped us with renting a lift chair and walker before we arrived. The apartment is right off the elevator and the parking spot, right off the lobby. Perfect!!! Everything in this listings details was exactly what was waiting for us. Our family was worry free and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. Thank you Gina!!!
The property was very clean and updated and the owner was very responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable and it has a nice view. So grateful to have a dedicated parking space too!
This condo met our needs. The location is close to a hospital, so lots of ambulance noise that we’re not used to, but overall the condo had good are conditioning so a good sleep, in a comfortable mattress with pillows that I want to know where they were purchased. It overlooks the canal and a baseball field, so we watched some high school baseball from way up high.
Again just a wonderful place to stay and very responsive host. We loved the Honolulu Coffee that was a couple of blocks away. Their cappuccino rivaled some we had in Italy.
This is a great property with perfect location. We stayed here before leaving for a cruise of the islands and are looking forward to a couple of nights here when we get back next week

This was our first family trip - myself, my husband and 2 daughters ages 12 and 9. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Check in was easy and loved that we had our own parking spot. We rented a car for the week so this was perfect. Everything was clean and ready for use. It has all the comforts of home. Laundry room was right next door which was super convenient. You are 10 mins from Waikiki beach and the main shops and restaurants. The owner Gina is very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was exactly as listed. Having on site parking with in and out privileges was a plus. We could walk to a few places near by 7 -11 , waikiki brewery, several food trucks across the street. The owner was great with communication. There is not that much storage for clothing ( such as dressers) however , there was several hangers in the bedroom closets. There was laundry next to the unit which was very convenient.

We loved the view, it was fun to watch baseball, soccer and such on the fields, and the various water craft on the canal!

Clean. Affordable. Great location
This was my family's first time to Hawaii and we were so glad to have been able to stay here! The location is very convenient - literally all the places we wanted to eat or shop at were so close by! The owner, Gina, keeps the space very clean and was very kind and open to answering all our questions before we arrived.
Traffic can get a little loud at night, but once you see the beautiful view from the balcony, it's worth it!
