Aloha and welcome to Kiahuna Plantation Unit 440. (Sleeps four) We enjoy our time here and hope you will feel the same joy as we do.

Please note a check out cleaning fee of $295 will be due at check in and payable to Castle Reception.

Our garden view bottom floor unit with no stairs (Building 42, Unit 440) has a peaceful lanai. The interior has a clean light “beachy” feel to it. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and modern cabinetry. There are two Roku televisions, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom with Netflix subscription. King size bed in master bedroom and pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. You will also find two twin size fold out futons in the closet.

We have included bogey boards and premium beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is a short walk away and there you will have access to complimentary towels and additional beach chairs at the beach hut.

The Kiahuna Plantation is a beautiful complex with expansive green spaces. Our unit is located in quiet location away from the busier/louder buildings. Exquisite shopping and a variety of (both fine and casual) restaurants are nearby at the Poipu Shopping Center across the street just a short walk away.

With your stay you will have full access to the Poipu Athletic Club. This Island favorite features four tennis courts, pickle ball/basketball courts, cardio room, free weights/weight machines and fitness classes. But the best part of this club, of course, is the pool with a water slide and hot tub. Your pool experience will be enhanced with pool side service by the Cabana Bar and Grill. The guest check in desk provides pool towels and all court related equipment. You will also find extra activities such as tennis lessons and children’s programs. ...

Love this nice little place! Has all of my favorite places near by! My family owns a home here, but we had a lot of people in town, so we needed to rent a little place for a few others to stay at that was near by! This place has a fair price, and was in walking distance from pretty much everything nearby!! Also as everything you need inside! Bed, shower, kitchen! It was great! We will definitely be going back to this place soon!

The condo is not as shiny as the pictures seem. Had several maintenance issues to include a rotting baseboard in the shower - the showerhead is pretty much sprays out of of the shower and there is no curtain. The kitchen sink leaks under the cabinet, and they were standing water with mold. The entire condo was pretty dirty to include lots of sand and candy wrappers plus chocolate on the furniture. It had two extra futons as advertised, but NO extra bedding for these mattresses. Several of the jalise windows did not work and the second box fan is broken.

The property was nice. Loved the beach access. The listing I chose said ‘Beachfront’ and it’s anything but. Our building was actually the furthest from the beach, a short 10 min walk, closest to the main road. The complex was very quiet though. The dining room table was filthy and had a ton of dried food and dirt stuck to it. We grabbed a bowl for dinner and it had dried popcorn and butter stuck all over it. The next night grabbed a dish from the cabinet and it slipped right out of my hand, from all the grease. Needless to say, we washed dishes before being able to use them. The couch, chairs and dining room chairs are FILTHY. We sat on towels. Some of the stains were a little suspicious…so I didn’t want to take any chances. The set up is adorable. Just needs more love and better cleaning services. I would definitely pick the same resort, just another condo though. All in all, we left with happy hearts and just worked around the areas that needed love. Mahalo!

The appartment was well equipped, but some things were old and could be renewed. We enjoyed our stay because Poipu beach was near :) and the restaurants nearby served delicious food!

For a family of six looking for a simple Kauai getaway this spot was perfect. WIth access to the pool/fitness centre across the road and and easy walk to the beach there were plenty of options to keep the family entertained.
