Sure to please even the gourmet in your group, the fully equipped kitchen at Kona Blue Vacations at Holua Kai has been appointed with sleek stainless appliances, a farm sink, extensive counter space, and bar seating. The bedrooms include a primary with a king-size bed, one mini-en suite and a third guest room with king-size beds, each with a television and ceiling fan. The spa-like primary bath provides a soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and dual vanities.
Kona Blue Vacations Holua Kai also comes equipped with a barbecue grill for casual lunches or dinners at home. On the covered lanai by the pool, enjoy a leisurely open-air meal or settle into the soft outdoor sofa as palm trees gently sway nearby. When it's time to explore, guests will find two kayaks, two paddleboards, surfboard, two bicycles, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, a cooler, an umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys waiting. There was a total of 6 adults. The entire home was extremely clean, beautiful inside and out and even came with snorkeling gear, bikes etc. We had everything we needed. We stayed 8 days total. Would definitely rent from this company again. The pool is perfect.

We loved our stay. The home was wonderful and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of towels and beach equipment. We hope to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this immaculately clean and comfortable home! The wall of sliding doors opened up onto the lanai and pool area with a lovely view of the mountains (and goats on the golf course!). There were lots of handy items in the garage like chairs, coolers and water gear for our days out, and they had several guidebooks for the island. Communication with the property manager was easy and timely. When we forgot an item while packing up, they found it and forwarded to us promptly--much appreciated! All in all, a wonderful stay at a lovely home. Thank you!

We had such a magical time at your vacation rental property! Thank you so much.
Everything worked well. We loved the hot tub and the pool. And the view out to the water was so expansive looking over the golf course that we felt very private. It was quiet. We so appreciated all the equipment in the garage. And we loved walking down to the hotel and bay for lunch and viewing the waves crashing on the shore. The shopping center was so close by and the surfing and snorkeling beaches were so convenient. The location is perfect for traveling all over the island. We went north to turtle beach and then over the island to the tropical side. The drives were easy and well marked. We even went down to green beach so easily.
We loved all the channels on the TV and the wifi worked well.
Sitting outside and watching the stars was such a treat because of the dark skies. And watching the sunrise was heavenly.

Great rental house in a gated community just south of Kona. Beautiful new house with a well-appointed kitchen. We loved the lanai, pool, and hot tub. Also it was great to be able to use some of the things in the garage (folding chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkels) at the nearby beaches!

Dear Elite Pacific Vacations
I need to write a short note about this amazing house I rented recently.
I brought back awesome memories of my vacation, the design features included the beautiful pool overlooking to a golf course, with a surprise ocean view peered out the turquoise blue Pacific, while I was unpacking I saw in the garage bikes, kayaks,surfboards , also this house is surprisingly at walking🚶♀️or bike 🏍 distance to Keauhou Bay , where you can snorkel with mantas gliding around
you, swim 🏊♀️ out into the 🌊 waves , nice breeze coming through the house , close to shopping center and restaurants, tiny cafes with delicious foods , this house has a fully stocked kitchen will satisfy any person or a chef 👩🍳 that likes to cook, made this house perfect for a family with children, or single like me ....
