From start to finish, our interaction with Melissa was flawless. Check in was very quick and the property more than lived up to expectations. Even without asking, we were given an earlier check in and a later check out time that corresponded closely with our flights which was so generous and really was the icing on the cake to our Hawaii getaway. The unit is PACKED with all you need for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. We especially loved the wagon that made transporting all our stuff so easy. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfy. The view from our massive lanai was incredible. We loved watching the sky come to life in the morning and fill with pinks and oranges at sunset. The pool and hot tub were a hit for closing out each day after adventuring around Oahu. The bar had great virgin piña coladas and lava flows. We enjoyed looking at the coy pond and exploring the different coves. We saw all kinds of fish snorkeling in the cove right out front! We loved everything about our stay. Melissa was fantastic and gave spectacular recommendations for local food, dining, and entertainment options. We want to go back already! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental. It was really quite perfect.
This condo is simply amazing in every way and Melissa is fantastic. The condo is both ocean and pool view, the best of both, and is just a few steps from putting your toes in the sand. Melissa is quickly available by email if you have questions or need any recommendations in the area. We also appreciated that the marina provided opportunities for snorkeling and sunset cruise. We are already planning our next trip to this location.
We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful resort property, with its inviting pools, convenient beach access, and a spacious condo that comfortably accommodated our large group (ages 2-72). It was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation after exploring the island. The condo's balcony was the perfect setting for early morning coffee and relaxed dinners, offering soothing views of the pools and ocean, accompanied by gentle ocean breezes. Worth the stay!

We just returned from our 2nd stay at this beautiful condo and it was just as lovely as our first visit! The unit itself was clean, wonderfully stocked and has the most beautiful view of the pool and ocean beyond. There’s nothing like having your coffee in the morning outside listening to the Hawaiian birds and ocean waves! We miss it already! Thank you for such a lovely stay.!

Absolutely amazing, with ocean views on one side and mountain views on the other side. This is the best property we’ve ever stayed at. And Melissa took perfect care of us.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina. Our place was immaculate and fully stocked for us to enjoy the beach (chairs, floats, towels, etc). We checked out the Disney Resort next door and their lagoon. It was a night and day difference! Ko Olina was so peaceful while Disney has so loud and busy. If you are looking for a beautiful Villa with great views and conveniently located to the parking garage, pools and gym this is the one for you.
We loved Ko Olina and the Beach Tower condo. Everything was as described and we could not have been happier. It was our first visit to Ko Olina and we plan to go again. Thank you to the property manager Melissa!! She was great and always responsive.
Very spacious and comfortable. Pools and hot tubs are great for my 4 year twins and 6 year old. Beach is perfect, with little to no waves. We Al snorkeled at the beach and saw plenty of fish. We will be back.
We spent a week at Beach Villas at Ko’Olina. The property was gorgeous! The pools and grounds were beautifully maintained. The grounds crew was out early every morning cleaning the pools and taking care of the vegetation. We had an amazing view from our fifth floor lanai overlooking the lagoon pool and ocean. Because the condos are privately owned the property did not seem to be like the hotel properties nearby. Melissa was wonderful to work with. She provided lots of helpful information prior to our stay and was immediately available when we called to report an issue. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything that we needed for our stay including one hall closet that had everything that one would need for the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay at this unit again if we get back to Oahu.
We very much enjoyed the condo, the property and the setting. We hope to return.

We love coming to this resort because it is small, mellow and beautiful. The beach and pool are family friendly yet there is a 'quiet area' as well.
This particular unit was great. Especially great was Mellissa. She was available before and during our stay with information. And after our stay helped us further. Our flight was cancelled and we needed to stay another day. Our unit was not available so Melissa helped us with a later checkout and then offered several suggestions where we could relocate. Thanks again Melissa!

We had a wonderful time and the facilities were excellent. We were very impressed with the care that was taken to insure everything was clean and well managed. The one thing that I noticed is that the grills were cleaned every day. Most places that does not happen. We will defiantly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hawaii.

Celebrated our granddaughter’s first birthday and enjoyed ocean’s very gentle waves and tropical beauty of resort daily. Accommodations were so lovely and very comfortable! Help from Melissa was immediate and gracious.

My family has been blessed to visit Ko Olina several times and this particular condo was fantastic. Spotless, fully-stocked, and easy to settle into. We especially appreciated the beach wagon, cooler, and toys - things you could never pack into a suitcase but can transform a beach day with the kids. Melissa was very attentive during the research/reservation phase and then everything during our trip went so smoothly we had no reason to contact her again. It had a great parking space in the garage, very close to the elevators, and had a great location in the building, best described as its own private wing. I would highly recommend this property.
