Aloha, Relax and unwind in this beautiful premium oceanfront condo at the Mahana. As soon as you enter you will be mesmerized by the floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular sunset views and whale watching during whale season. This spacious condominium, featuring one bedroom and two bathrooms, has undergone a full renovation and boasts all the comforts of home.

NOTE: Between May 30th and July 25th, a roofing project will be underway in our building, resulting in the temporary shutdown of AC in the unit and the entire building. To accommodate this inconvenience, we've made adjustments to our pricing.

Despite the absence of air conditioning, many guests find the natural cooling provided by Hawaii's tropical trade winds sufficient. Our units are thoughtfully designed with excellent cross ventilation; by simply opening the kitchen window and lanai sliding doors, you can enjoy the refreshing breezes. During this period, we'll also supply circulating fans in the units for added comfort. Additionally, you have the option to lower the blinds to reduce the heat from the sun until sunset....

If you are coming to Maui, this is the place to stay. The location is convenient, the beach is sandy, and the view is spectacular. We saw whales and turtles from the lanai often. The unit is just as described and the photos are accurate. The pool area is nice, offering both shade and sun areas. One of the best things was our host, Prakash…so responsive to our every need!

This amazing property is the closest to the waters edge giving the guest a cruise ship view! Tenth floor views kept us captivated on watching turtles and whales from our living room! Loved all of the light reflected from the mirrors as well. Kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler! So grateful!

The condo was great overall. We had only 1 issue and that was the previous guest must have left fish in the refrigerator and it still stunk. Other than that, the place was great.
