The Luana Garden Villas are the newest enclave at the Honua Kai Resort & Spa located on beautiful Kaanapali Beach on Maui's western shores. This villa offers over 2000 square feet of interior living space and is beautifully designed and furnished for island living. Each Luana private residence is in one of 3 garden enclaves featuring a private pool waterfall features hot tub and shared fire pit area. All homes offer a private entrance garage as well as private and secure owner storage. Each of the 18 buildings within Luana contains 4 separate residences - 2 Grounded (1st floor) and 2 Elevated (2nd floor.). All villas come fully furnished and equipped with everything that will truly make this feel like your home-away-from-home. Gourmet kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create the perfect meal for family and friends. Make memories on the spacious lanai with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with ample space to entertain and dine. Each villa sleeps 8 comfortably with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. Each master bathroom features a double vanity and glass walk-in shower while the guest bathrooms have a vanity with a tub/shower combination. Both master bedrooms open up to a private balcony area with outdoor seating. Also included in all our reservations at no additional cost is a children's package including a portable Pac 'n Play which doubles as an infant's crib (please bring your own crib sheet) booster seat with eating tray plastic dishware and a large sand bucket with toys for the beach. Although each Luana enclave has its own private pool area all Luana guests have full access to all of the resort amenities at the Honua Kai Resort including the 4 separate pools with waterslide fitness center spa and restaurant. World-famous Kaanapali North Beach is a short walk away. For those that choose to explore the surrounding area Honua Kai and the Luana Garden Villas are located minutes from the popular tourist destinations of Lahaina Town Whaler's Village and the Kapalua Resort Area. Exceeded our expectations in every way? furnishings are modern and in excellent condition. Great layout, very spacious. Love the sliding door that opens to our lanai. Pool is just steps from our lanai. Landscaping is lovely. Access to other pools and to ocean is easy. Totally fun and relaxing, a great place for families in particular. KBM was great to work with, thank you.

Upon entering the unit we were amazed by its size. We selected this particular unit as it is on ground floor, and opens onto the lawn area where our child can run and play. This was a great choice as we enjoyed walks through the green area and to the pool. The beach was a 5 minute walk away through the resort. The unit was very well stocked, clean, and neatly presented. We look forward to returning. Thank you to the excellent staff at KBM for promptly answering any and all questions I had.

Spacious, comfortable and clean. Patio and grassy area extended the living space. Quiet Adult pool steps from villa is a plus. BBQ is convenient on patio but very smoky - adding a vent above it would reduce the extreme smoke. Loved the resort and boardwalk. Dukes Restaurant on property is great. A perfect vacation spot for our adult family.

This villa was perfect for our party of 5 adults. Plenty of room for everyone, very clean and well supplied. Just a few steps to the pool! There is a larger pool that's a short walk, but we enjoyed the smaller one. The resort is well groomed and maintained. A lovely boardwalk connects several resorts along the ocean and is a very enjoyable walk. Sunsets were awesome. The convenience of food trucks and Time Supermarket within walking distance was a huge plus. KBM checked with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything. They were great to work with. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Much of the house is very outdated (early 80s) but the floorplan is great. The location, outdoor areas, direct beach access, comfortable beds, ample beach gear, towels, and kitchen supplies more than made up for the outdated finishes. In fact, it was kind of nostalgic going back in time a for a few days. We highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful!!! Almost didn’t want to leave condo to explore the island…almost. Not too far and not too close to the beach.
