This spacious, beautiful end unit welcomes you to Kaanapali with EXPANSIVE RESORT AND GOLF COURSE VIEWS! The huge, private lanai boasts it's own BBQ for those nights when you want to enjoy dinner at home while gazing at sunset colors and starry skies! Two master suites also have their own private lanais and the HUGE FLOOR PLAN makes it feel more like a house than a condo. Just like home! Stay across from the ocean in a condo twice the size, for half the price. You'll be within a 5-10 minute walk to famous Kaanapali Beach, Black Rock for snorkeling and Whaler's Village for excellent shopping and award-winning restaurants. This 2 story unit is ULTRA PRIVATE because it is at the end of the complex and, even though it's on the third floor, there is only one flight of stairs to climb to get to the entrance!
Located on the Royal Kaanapali golf course. New condo amenities include new Weber gas grill on family room lanai, new luxury acacia wood vinyl plank flooring with new area rug in family room, new lux acacia wood LVP flooring on the staircase and upstairs bedroom as of May 2022, new acacia wood outdoor tiles on the upstairs lanai and new carpet in the downstairs bedroom as of May, 2022. The entire condo has been freshly painted in January, 2024. Traditional Hawaiian decor. The complex also recently completely renovated the central air conditioning chiller units, so no problems with the central air! (Hawaii condos frequently do not have central air, so this is definitely a plus!) Condo comes with a wagon to pack for beach outings, hard cooler, soft cooler/picnic bag, beach chairs, towels and various beach toys. Complex amenities include pool, hot tub, lighted tennis facility and basketball hoop. Sports equipment is available for checkout at the front desk. BBQ grills and covered picnic areas are also available in the recently renovated pool area. Convenient on site parking right outside the unit.
Beginning September 1st, 2022, the resort and parking fee will be changed to a flat rate of $154 per visit regardless of the number of nights booked. There is a maximum of 1 car per guest. This is payable to the resort upon arrival.
Guests who booked prior to September 1st of 2022 will be grandfathered into the old fee structure of $22 for the daily resort fee, up to a max of $154 a visit, payable to the resort upon arrival. The property was exactly as described. We loved the view of the golf course and a little glimpse of the ocean. Location was perfect for our event which was my son‘s wedding and the property manager as well as the owner have been nothing short of amazing to deal with. We had to postpone the wedding due to the Lahaina fire earlier this summer, and the host, as well as the owner, were more than gracious to accommodate us with the new dates. I can’t wait to return and I will definitely, be hoping and praying this property is available when we come back to Maui next year. 🙏😊💛

This was our third stay at the Kaanapali Royal but our first time in this unit. Both Jeanne and Monty helped us with one minor issue upon arrival. The unit was so clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, even chip clips which were much appreciated! We had seven people — three generations of family with the youngest being teenagers. “Grammy” commented as we checked out that she wants to stay in this exact unit again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ka'anapoli Royal. The location is convenient and it has all the amenities you can think of. Monty is very responsive and check in and out process was smooth. All positives and look forward to stay there again in the future.

This property is exactly what the pictures show online. I cant express how much I appreciate that. No surprises and no let downs. You get exactly what you see in the pictures. This condo is so spacious and beautiful, you’ll be sad at times to go sightseeing and not spend more time at this place. The owner, Jeanne, was straightforward and made sure everything was set before we arrived. The property manager, Monty, made sure we got the info we needed before we checked in and out. Jeanne was kind enough to allow our “more than 7” family stay and I truly appreciate that. If we ever go back to Maui this property will be our go to if she’ll have us.
My only issue is not with this rental but with Kaanapali Resort management about $154 parking for each car, no matter how long your stay. It’s outrageous especially we had two cars and we were only there for a few days, they should charge a daily for weekly rate. That parking fee will definitely scare away a lot of potential renters, especially from amazing properties like this one.
All in all, you will not be disappointed when you stay here!

What a wonderful place! It was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed like sand chairs, beach towels, toys, a cooler and more! We enjoyed meals on the lanai and lots of pool time! We definitely recommend this place!
