We really enjoyed eating on the lanai. I was concerned about road noise, but there wasn't any. The biggest issue is just if the upstairs neighbors stomp around as most units in Hawaii are not well insulated.

Check-in was bad, but can be fixed. Owner - please update your emails as you're naming the old service (which still exists, and is right next to your unit), but to check in we have to go to the opposite side of the entire complex and talk to a different company. All the people were friendly, but this should be fixed and notes put into your VRBO.

We have stayed at this property many times. This was our first time in this unit as the other years we required a two bedroom. This unit is amazing. We will be back. Great proximity and quiet. Clean and everything was working and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for myself, husband, and 17 year old daughter. The pool and beach are in close proximity and an easy walk as is shopping and dining. I highly recommend this VRBO.

We booked this unit (listed) and paid the 50% deposit. Several weeks later we were contacted and told that they would have to substitute another unit because of a booking error. Unfortunately, the substitute unit was a bit shabby. It had many broken drawers and cupboard doors, very saggy chairs, a slow and ancient oven, and a TV with three boxes, and so many remotes that we never did figure out how to get it to work. We ended up streaming football games on our laptop computer. The overall resort was very nice and we loved the beach access, but we weren't very impressed with our unit.
