By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

This was a beautiful property and the view was wonderful. Gorgeous sunsets from our balcony and great vibes at either of the two pools at the property. It was very close to town either by car or walking (about ¾ mile). Great choice for a lovely vacation in Kona!

Nice place. Good location. Lots of nice people at the adult (quiet) pool having fun. BTW quiet means no kids. We would stay there again.
