Was disappointed to see the pool was under construction without any warning. Surrounding grounds were beautiful.

It was great!! We were there for our granddaughters graduation. So very convenient. Our daughter lives in Kapaa, that was walking distance. The room was excellent, with everything you needed. Had five other family members stay with rooms as well. Enjoyed the pool with all the games, great for family and kids. I would love this same room again. Thank you for providing a great stay.
We really enjoyed our stay in Kapa’a! The location was fantastic, just steps away from the water and right along the scenic 8-mile trail. The unit had everything we needed, and we especially loved the balcony where we could relax and watch the waves.There were a couple of minor issues to note. We experienced some torrential rains during our stay, and one window leaked each time. Additionally, the room we stayed in was one of the older units that hadn’t been updated yet, and the floors were quite noisy.The air conditioning didn’t quite reach the bedroom, but we found that opening the windows helped keep the space comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place for its location and amenities!
We had no issues. Our view from our condo was breathtaking. Lots to do in the area. Beaches, shopping, and food all nearby. Very happy with the help I received from host.and nearby
I loved the staff they were super helpful and friendly but I didn’t like that my room wasn’t ready when we got there. It took them 1 1/2 for our room to be cleaned and ready but when we got in our room smelled so clean and fresh.

Our room was amazing! Had a garden view as well as a spectacular ocean view! We occupied 6 rooms, and all were great! Clean and comfortable. Loved that we could get a new beach towel everyday :) The pool was amazing as well. They have so much to do there on the property, and lots of games you can borrow! Fun for all! Can't wait to go back!
The grounds are nice and staff was courteous. The room was fine with the exception of one pivotal item. The air conditioning is not sufficient to cool the bedroom and it was hot. I am a firefighter from the desert where it is very hot, so its not like we cannot take heat. This is a known problem as we spoke to others there and they had the same experience with the one bedroom units. We tried opening the windows at night to get outside air, but all of the bedrooms face the common walkway and our neighbors smoked marijuana every night and it would waft in the room and there wasn't enough air movement to cool off anyway. There was a portable fan there, and we placed it in the hall to try and direct some of the air conditioned air in the bedroom, but it was still uncomfortable at night. The complex needs to have an additional head unit for the AC in the bedroom. Everything else was ok, location is convenient for the island. This is my 7th time to Kauai, so I feel I have a decent data set for where to stay-if you like to be comfortable at night give this one a miss.
