Place was alright but floors wer dusty and dirty, there wer roaches in the kitchen cabinets, and the AC in master bedroom was leaking water onto the floor due to condensation and wrong pitch of ac installation.

The condo was perfect for our family. It backed up to the golf course and it was nice to sit on the lanai and have a great view. Location was great for getting around. Thank you for sharing your home.
We traveled to Maui for a short vacation with my 17yo son and several of his friends. We really enjoyed this condo, especially its location! It’s very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. I really appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to prepare large meals. The property is beautiful and very clean.
I hope to stay here again!

This unit was beautiful and very spacious. It is close to a pool and has a great view of the golf course. The only issue is having to use a key for the door. It would be more convenient for all the guests if there was a keyless entry lock installed.

Nothing to do with the owner but it's frustrated time while dealing with Maui Paradise Properties Management Group during my 10 nights stay at this unit. Issue was arise while we're staying and the agency handling the issue was the worse ever. MPP avoided taking the call, buying time and slowly responding to the issue under their rental. Really not worth time and money when you having issue and needed them but they left you in the dark. Stay away from renting under MPP group. Never had any business with MPP agency ever. Hope it helps your decision while having vacation in Hawaii.
This property was not up to par with previous trips to Maui. No Parking passes were provided until the second to last day of our stay despite multiple requests to management, so constant harassment by security. Oven was not clean so smoke alarm kept going off every time we cooked. Daughter got a skin infection during stay. No maid service. Besides that it was okay, but I wouldn’t rent again.

We loved the view and the location was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach and shopping. Our family of 6 truly enjoyed the property and home. Our only issue was that while the place appeared neat and clean, the tile floors were very dirty. Our bare feet were very dirty after walking through the house.

We stayed at two different Grand Wailea properties for a large family reunion. For this property Pros: Beautiful condo, nice layout, close to beaches, shops, restaurants. Plenty of room for the four of us. Wonderful views of golf course & sunsets. Mostly clean on arrival. Cons: Living room AC old and blows warm air - needs replacement; some dishes chipped and visibly dirty with food particles upon arrival; check-out time of 10:00 AM earlier than anywhere else we've ever stayed on Maui - property management wouldn't give us one hour more but wanted to sell us one day more of close to $800 - after our eight-night stay.

Easy and perfect for my family. My daughters wedding was beautiful on Nearby beach was perfect and her reception at Mateos osteria was close to our condo! Highly recommend this venue!’
