This is a 3 story building with our 2 story unit located on second and third floors with entry to condo up a flight of stairs. We have four bedrooms, 2 on the second story (the condo's main floor) which are Master suites. While upstairs on the third floor there are two more bedrooms each with 2 Twin XL beds that can be converted into King beds. Every bedroom has a Smart TV. It has lots of extras to make your stay pleasant. The air conditioning in our condo is truly Central AC which makes it super quiet and efficient, not the ductless/wall mount/mini-splits which are not as quiet.

The condo is adjacent to Kiahuna Golf Course with a view of the 9th fairway and a distant ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Close to beaches (12 minute walk) and restaurants (Poipu Shopping Village).

Our resort has pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The one car garage also is filled with beach equipment (6 boogie boards, 8 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach mats, a couple small kick boards, noodles) and rolling cooler.

There are plenty of Barbeques scattered over the premises available for guests to use, including a couple around the pool area for a relaxing BBQ and swim with family and friends. ...

The house was in a great location, had everything we needed and the host was very good at communicating and helping us out. Would stay here again and highly recommend, the house itself was very beautiful!

The property is very well located and maintained. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher and the property manager got back to us right away and resolved the problem. We highly recommend this location!

We are frequent visitors to Kauai and have stayed many places around the island. Janice’s place was perfect for our family of 7. The kitchen / living room set up was comfortable for eating and relaxing. We really appreciated all of the beach gear available for our use. Janice was very accommodating and had one small issue taken care of very quickly.

The owners of this unit are fantastic. Had one small issue and they came over day of and took care of it. Friendly, understanding and the unit was immaculate. Can’t wait to visit Kauai and stay there again.
