Our family had a wonderful time here! My husband sailed (solo Transpacific race) from San Francisco Bay to Hanalei Bay, and our family made a vacation out of it: our 2 adult daughters and their boyfriends. We not only had an amazing time, but this place was PERFECT! Privacy; incredible views of the lushness & greenery as well as partial view of Hanalei Bay, and across from the ocean viewpoint. Napali properties were wonderful to deal with; by far the best experience on any of the islands. 2 balconies, really nice upgrades throughout, and listening to the birds and roosters - we all loved. Nearby awesome snorkeling spots. We will definitely return!

We are a multi generational family and we so enjoyed the location at the Hanalei Bay Villa. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there were many wonderful dining out options nearby. We enjoyed snorkeling at Anini Beach just a short drive away. The best part was the view from the porch any time of day. I highly recommend this beautiful place for families.
The house was very clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was very nice and had all the cooking pans , utensils, and dishes you would need. Paper goods provided were enough to last the duration of our stay. The views from the house were gorgeous! Just across the road is a little overlook of the ocean that we enjoyed very much.
We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s in a great location for an easy drive to town, to walk to beaches, watch sunsets, and access to the new 1 Hanalei hotel beach/reataurants. The property management company is also very responsive and helpful.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home and the views from the living room and deck are simply beautiful. We loved the access to walking to Hideaway Beach and swam every day..We hiked the Na Pali Coast and wereb so glad to be on the North End

Excellent place to stay. Walking distance from the 1 Hotel, and Hideaways. The unit was well stocked, clean and comfortable for 2 couples. Only suggestions are the air conditioning/fans. Ceiling fans are fixed so that you can't increase them. No air conditioning. Air conditioners in bedroom are ok but could be better. It was extremely humid and hot in the unit during the day. Luckily, we were at the beach during the day but if you want to enjoy the unit during the day its pretty hot. Other than that, perfect place. Very satisfied.

This is our second stay at HBV#36 and it was wonderful! We plan to come back every summer. This 3 bedroom unit with AC is perfect for our family. Breakfast and dinner on the lanai with the breathtaking view was the highlight of our trip.
We had a lovely stay and hope to return one day. The host was so attentive and accommodating. We had our original flight delayed and they were able to extend our reservation. The villa was beautiful and the views spectacular. It is a close walk to a great snorkeling beach and drive to markets and restaurants. We had a fantastic vacation. Highly recommended.

Great very well equipped individual unit condo. Beautiful master bath and kitchen with everything needed for your Hawaii vacation. There are beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and even boogie boards. The tree house like setting of HBV 36 was convenient and peaceful. We had a great stay.
They are very accomodating and the property is stocked with most of the essentials you need. We lived this place and will visit again!
This property was wonderful. Great location and really clean and beautiful. I would say the only thing that would make it better would be more fans in the upstairs. It would get a little warm in the late after noon/ evening. We will definitely go back!

Perfect Princeville location with breathtaking views of Na Pali mountains and Hanalei Bay. Ocean views to side and a walk across the street. Kitchen provides everything you need. Plenty of towels. Lanai views can not be beat! Only suggested improvement is the beds could use thick mattress toppers for some much needed comfort.

This is a very comfortable, roomy, and perfectly located unit in beautiful Princeville. Lots of views, birds, beaches, and walking options all around you. Management company very helpful and responsive if you need anything.

This condo was very centrally located to access the North Shore. Walkable to Hideaways. Great views of the mountains from the back porch and views of the ocean across the street. Inside, very clean. Large living area upstairs with 3 bedrooms and laundry downstairs. Was perfect for our family with a 5 and 8 year old.
