Hale Kailani is one of the premier villas in the exclusive Kapalua Golf Villas. This brand new “NEVER LISTED” two bedroom, two bath villa offers many upgrades. Our villa features stunning Pacific Ocean views. Sitting just off one of Kapaluas two championship golf courses you are able to view migrating whales, sunsets and rainbows galore. Our prime location is on the top row of the complex in building 21 which is the most desirable location.
The Villas have four shared pool’s with cushioned chaise longues and refreshing outdoor showers. There are also barbecue facilities for grilling up and dinning in. Witness stunning sunsets every evening from the comfort of your lanai/balcony.
Inside, the open plan great room houses the living area with elegant comfy furnishings. Our kitchen and dining area where traditional Hawaiian motifs blend with sophisticated contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end appliances and smooth, stone countertops. The entertainment unit has state of the art electronics with complementary fast wifi.

The incredible Kapalua Resort sits on 23,000 acres of private land and offers a wide range of activities. Tennis courts, golf, zip lines and spectacular hiking trails are all within a five minute drive. Kapalua and Kaanapali beaches are great spots for surfing, scuba diving or just throwing a towel down on the white sand. Shopping and dining options are also nearby in historic Lahiana town, capital of Royal Hawaii. Elsewhere on the island you’ll also find the Maui Aquarium and mountain biking trails.

We loved staying at this place. It was magical with the beautiful views and the sunsets. The wind through the trees you can hear the place has everything you need and we were able to cook a lot there. The master bed in the master shower are awesome! The only thing we wished was that there was not a bunch of construction going on at someone’s unit a couple doors down. It feels very private, however and we were on an end unit next to the swimming pool which makes it feel private. The pool was very clean , which is rare in December in Maui.

This place had it all; it was perfect. The home and grounds are beautiful. The pools are very clean and extremely enjoyable. The area proved to be extremely walkable and we were happy we did not rent a car. We did use the Maui bus on two occasions to go to the Napili plaza for groceries - it was easy and ran on schedule. The home had plenty of beach gear including a wagon we utilized to go to DT Fleming and Kapalua Bay. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great vacation in Kapalua. The place we stayed at was very nice. They even had beach umbrellas, beach chairs, body boards and nice beach towels. Great view of the ocean from the back patio where we enjoyed breakfasts in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Would stay here again.

Our recent stay was our second at Hale Kailani and we were reminded why we chose this wonderful condo again.
Spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, expansive lanai, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful grounds, close proximity to what is often our own private pool plus the amazing, amazing views of the golf course and the deep blue Pacific and Lanai - you can't get much better than Kapalua Golf Villa 21 P 7-8.
We can't wait for our third visit next year!

This home is even more stunning in person than in the photos. The location is fantastic and we enjoyed seeing sunsets every night and rainbows most days from the patio. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need and is so comfortable and spacious. The management was also super easy to work with and very responsive. We hope to get back here sooner than later!

We were in Maui August 4-11 - yes, during the fires. So while our stay was clearly interrupted by a loss of power/internet/cell service on August 7, the unit itself was lovely. It had a well stocked kitchen (my husband mentioned it didn't have tongs for the outdoor grills) and had all the boogie boards, chairs, and beach towels you could need. It also included dish detergent and laundry pods, so for the days the unit was fully functioning and useable, it was great. The location next to the pool/grills was ideal as we used that when we could not leave west Maui and could not get flights out. If the trip had developed like we would have expected I think we would have enjoyed this condo immensely.

Super nice and clean unit. Very nice furnishings and they provided a closet full of beach items which was very useful. The view is hard to beat and the location to the pool was very convenient. They even allowed us to check in early. We will be back.

everything about the property was perfect! the breathtaking views, the openness of the lanai to the world around us, the walking trails and how close to everything we were. the place was amazing, our family enjoyed every minute of it and wished we could have stayed longer. mahalo!
