We couldn't have asked for a better home in North Shore. Everything was just as explained and we had such a great time.Air conditioning and all the bedrooms only, which we are thankful for cause it gets extremely warm throughout the day at night. You get a great breeze loved everything about the home.

We had a great stay at this house. Everyone enjoyed the tennis court. The sauna was nice, also. We loved sitting out on the deck with the beautiful view! It was great!

After a long day of travel & feeling the need to keep moving a pickle ball match ensued. Food shopping super close & a sunset on the deck was a perfect end to our intro to the North Shore! Beds were super firm (just right!) and access to chairs, coolers, snorkel gear etc was the icing on the cake. Our family of 5 adults loved the location but also the quiet calm of the mountain/ocean views!

Great place, would highly recommend! Great for extended family, has a separate entrance with 4 beds and bath for a family plus two bedrooms in the main house. Everything was clean, had everything you needed: towels, everything for the beach, tennis courts, pickle ball. The yard was amazing, fruit trees. If we ever get back to Hawaii would definitely go back to this house! Also, the North Shore was so amazing, beautiful and fun!!

We came to the north shore for a swim race and found this amazing property to host us. The house is set up the hill from the Pupkea market and Sharks Cove, placing it in the perfect position to get you to the best beaches on the North Shore. We found we were often opposite traffic so staying there alleviated a lot of wasted time in traffic.
The house had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the beach amenities (towels, chairs, body boards, umbrella, coolers, and the fab laundry facilities). The tennis court was wonderful as we used it for futbol, pickle/paddle ball, training and other games. The grounds offered fresh limes and avocados from their trees.
Perfect sunsets and sunrises and green, green, green. I had a great race and my family very much enjoyed the solitude and restorative space that this special house offered. Highly recommended with aloha.

Good location, clean, good views. Pickleball court was awesome. Unfortunately, we had a problem that was not handled in a timely manner. We came back from wedding at 11 pm and the downstairs unit's lock was broken and 3 members of our party were locked out. Called emergency contact but the woman who was very nice and helpful was unable to contact anyone to help. 3 people had to sleep upstairs as they were locked out. Finally did get a hold of help the next morning and it was unlocked then. This was quite a big deal to be locked out all night and it was very disappointing not to be addressed on an emergent basis

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property! It was everything we could have hoped for. The house was spacious with room for everyone. We had 8 people in our group, including adults, teenagers, and younger children. It was perfect for our group. The house was very well equipped, and perfectly maintained. The air conditioning was a welcome treat after warm days at the beach! We especially enjoyed lounging on the large deck, playing pickleball in the evenings, and strolling the large acre lot. The house was also stocked with all the beach supplies a large family might need (snorkle gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc). The entire stay was a 10 out of 10!

The location was a mile drive to the beach and grocery and north shore activities in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking in and the garage had a grill and fun family outdoor games. Lots of room to spread out!
