Close to so many shops and to the beach. Place was very clean. We liked it. Side notes: Sofa bed was as expected from a sofa bed. That being said, clean sheets were provided.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room is for four people. Only two balcony chairs, only one beach chair. There were a few concerns with dishes etc. but the management property got us replacements within 48 hours. Unfortunate that we even had to ask, but response was fine. Rug needs a deep clean.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was ok. It wasn’t bad. It wasn’t great. It was clean and centrally located to everything. For the price I would’ve expected a linen change at least once during our 9 day stay and a few more details from the management company. It was kind of a hassle to get the parking pass and door code on arrival. It would’ve been nice to know that the laundry machines only take cards and charge $8 a load. Smh. It also would’ve been great to have a matching set of 4 bowls and plates. The pool was nice and heated but not particularly kid friendly (no balls, jumping or loud splashing...) It was liveable and not the worst experience... I guess I just expected a little more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio was decent and clean. Basic things were there for the stay. Though garage parking is a plus, during check-in and check-out, you have to run up and down to pick up/drop off the parking pass. If you want to do laundry, you need to download an app to use the machine. Also, you are asked to download an app to check in or call the manager [I have to say that the property manager was very responsive when I called a few times during the stay] to get the code for the door. I’m not a big fan of downloading an app on my phone for a few days.
