This unit was perfect for my families annual vacation to Maui. The view was amazing and you could watch the sunsets from the balcony. The AC was a nice touch for these Alaskans. The pool on the property was always clean and sparkling! We’ll definitely be back!
Property was okay. There is no place to go for a run because there are only certain areas with sidewalk in this area and the beach is too uneven. There was loud noise because of pickle ball taking place all day and night. Water was muddy from a recent storm, so we had to travel 30-minutes north to get clean beach.
This was a great value and location for our week in Kihei and exploring Maui. The unit fit our family of 5 perfectly and met all of our expectations. Full size laundry helped us pack lightly. Kitchen had all we needed. A nice bonus was the scuba masks, coolers and chairs next to laundry. While noted in description just be aware pickleball is very popular and starts almost each morning at 8AM sharp. Public courts are just outside the balcony. However, we quickly were able to tune it out and focus on the sound of the birds and waves. This property is conveniently located to many other things we wanted to do and just a very short drive to several restaurants and stores. Would recommend staying here. Very clean and the welcome package on the kitchen island was very much appreciated after a long travel day. Thank you!

The rental worked out very well for us. The location is great. Easy drive to eat or shop. Kitchen worked well for our needs. Ice maker helped. Bathrooms are good and it’s nice having two. View from Lanai is awesome. Couch with pull out needs to replaced. Lanai door needs fixed.
The property manager was fantastic to deal with. Upon entering the unit we noticed one of the upstairs AC units were not working properly. They had a tech come out the next day and research the issue. unfortunately it was not able to be fixed while we were staying. The Property Management team worked with us on a partial refund and added fans to make the stay comfortable.
The complex is small and well taken care of with great access to the park and beaches. if the AC would have worked upstairs, it would have been 5 stars.
This condo was in a great location to explore all of Maui. Great beaches, shops, and restaurants near by and a short drive to all the hikes, beaches, and attractions across Maui. Condo has a beautiful view of the oceanand a private pool and hot tub.
It was a fine place to stay but probably try a different place next time we visit.

Beautiful view. We saw whales every morning when having coffee on lanai. We also enjoyed watching the pickle ball games on the courts right outside. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, pans, glasses,etc. Loved the pool area. Plenty of beach gear and beach towels provided. Even some basic snorkel gear. Furnishings were comfortable, though could use some updating. Our friends stayed in another unit from the same rental company down the hall, which had a much more clean and modern feel. The negative for us was the dryer was broke when we tried to use it. The management did respond timely and did offer laundry service. However, we packed light and laundry service had 24 hour turn around. We also only had enough bath towels for the 6 of us. Having them give us clean towels would have been wonderful. Overall, based on amount of space and location and despite the dryer situation, we would stay here again.
