The kitchen is easy to work in and of course has all the amenities that you’ll need to cook up those scrumptious island meals. Eat inside or dine outside on the screened-in lanai!
The living room is comfortable with a smart TV for streaming (no cable), and the house does have high-speed wireless internet through Spectrum.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, and the guest bedrooms have a queen and a full/double bed. There’s also a full guest bath also with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have combination tub/showers.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Hilo Hale Kaumana during our recent trip in January 2023, to visit family members who live nearby, and still have our own place with other family who came with us. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms along with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen w/dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, washer and dryer (right in carport) and lanai. Very nice place to stay, close to downtown Hilo and nearby beaches, and other sites. Would definitely rent this house again! Mahalo! :)

Excellent place to stay! Everything was cleaned and easy to access. Bit is about 5-10 minutes from the middle of town. Quiet area! We all truly enjoyed this cute little house.
