The Kaanapali Alii is in West Maui, 5 minutes north of Lahaina, on beautiful Kaanapali Beach - a prime destination in Maui and one of the top beaches in the world. The Alii is an oceanfront resort located between the Marriott and Westin, and has a fabulous courtyard and 3000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center. Whaler's Village, with restaurants and great shopping, is just a short walk down the beach.

Our family-owned condo has been completely renovated (2023) and is actively maintained, allowing us to achieve and keep the coveted 'Premier' rating. Our 11th floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1500 square feet of space, with spectacular, ever-changing West Maui views, and also overlooks the Royal Kaanapali golf course below.

While our unit was built with one bedroom and a den, it is in fact a two bedroom unit - the den bedroom has a solid door, full closet, smart TV, and lots of privacy; the "guest bath" is only steps away.

The principal bedroom has a built in California-king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a built-in queen bed, sleeping four guests very nicely. The unit include two bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, lanai, wash / dryer, 3 modern smart TVs, and Sonos speakers. Various spots to comfortably set up your laptop for a quick work email.

You will want for nothing: there is a 24-hour front desk, 2 pools and Jacuzzis, a kiddie pool, tennis courts and a concierge; parking is free, fresh beach towels are provided at poolside; high quality Wi-Fi in the unit and at poolside, is free. Just like home, there is a BBQ area available for those sunset cookouts. And, the most beautiful beach in the world is just a few steps away....

We were thrilled with the location, view, and modern renovation of this unit. The floor plan was perfectly situated for our family’s needs, so spacious, and beautifully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, beach chairs, and lovely lanai furniture were enjoyed by all. We hope to return in the very near future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Owner is super responsive and helpful. Location is perfectly situated with great beach access and a short walk to Whaler’s Village (shopping & restaurants) and Black Rock (amazing snorkeling). Condo is exactly as pictured. It is on the top floor, and the view of the mountains and golf course is absolutely gorgeous. The balcony is huge with both a dining set and relaxing chairs. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking with utensils, pots/pans, etc. Pantry was not well stocked - so be sure to pickup spices, oils, foil, etc. Laundry was well stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Dishwasher tablets were provided. There were two umbrellas, two chairs and two boogie boards which was a huge convenience and savings. Pool towels are available, but no beach towels. All in all, a wonderful stay and we’d highly recommend this stay to another family (or two couples) to enjoy. Aloha!

We had a great time at Kaanapali Alii! The condo was very well equipped, from the kitchen to the beach essentials. We loved having the gas grills by the pool also. Great location, you can walk all along the beach and lots of activities close by. We would definitely stay here again, Mahalo!

Great Property. Parking included. Free tennis racket rentals and nice tennis courts. Room has beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and two boogey boards. I noticed that that the listing says the unit is going to be renovated. I honestly do not know why. Everything was in great condition.
