Air Conditioning System was down for one day, King bed was not comfortable, Towels were old and smelled like mildew, no linens for pull-out bed, Complex was nice and it is a good location.
We liked the view from the balcony. It was gorgeous. We like the location of the condo in the properties in Waikoloa. We like being at least on the 2nd floor for viewing purposes. The management was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes. There were great beach chairs and water toys.
However, The ice maker in the frig did not work. The unit itself needs some updating. The online pictures in the rental information showed the second bedroom looking bigger than it actually was. And it didn't show that it was closed off only by sliding slatted doors. We also assumed that the 2nd bathroom was connected directly to the 2nd bedroom. And the 2nd bathroom was very small - even with ants in the shower. We were disappointed that we did not have two suites. The closet in the 2nd bedroom was so crowded with equipment that there was little room for clothes and luggage storage. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is in serious need to replacing. The toilet in the master bath would not flush unless you held down the handle until the water started to swirl and flush down. The shower head in the master bath would not move so it could not be adjusted. It just hit the wall opposite the shower head. The community pool was average. It is unfortunate that we could not use the other pools in the areas without such an expensive daytime pass. In summary, we felt that for the price we paid for the unit that it should have been updated and in a little better condition.

We spent Christmas week 2023 at this property. It is lovely, clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the wrap around lanai; it faces mostly west so it is shady and cool in the mornings and frames a beautiful sunset in the evenings. This property has the best equipped kitchen I've seen in 10 years of renting VRBO's; no need to cook in stages because there weren't enough pans or serving dishes. This kitchen had everything our family cooks needed. The property is well positioned to take advantage of the local pub, the Hilton resort and the Marriott Christmas buffet. We used the pool, hot tub and outdoor grills with great enjoyment. Best of all, everything worked. We highly recommend this property.
We stayed a week here and it was great! There was plenty of space. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The beds for comfy. It was exactly what we wanted in the unit. The location was great right in Waikola village with plenty to see and do, plus a good launching spot for our trips around the island. Michelle was great and all of the logistics of check in, check out, codes, internet connection, etc was extremely smooth.

The location of Vista B206 is great and the view from the large lanai was a nice feature. However, the condition of the unit is generally tired and is need of a fresh makeover. During our stay, there was also an ant problem in the kitchen that we had to deal with throughout our stay.

The condo was just as described. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need. The grilling area was great. We never visited the pool because we went to Mauna Lani Beach Club with my sisters family. So the location was great only a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable. Could maybe use some new pillows. Slept on the pull out couch and was comfortable. Bathrooms were a great size. Even tho the condo is right by the street, you could not hear a lot of traffic. Short walk to the shops. When ever I called Michelle, she answered and was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The Christmas lights on the palm tree was a nice touch. I will definitely stay her again. It was my first time to Hawaii and I'm pretty sure I will come again. My sister and son stayed for 3 adults there was plenty of room
My wife, myself, our daughter, her boyfriend and baby totally enjoyed our staycation at your condo! It exceeded our expectations! From the booking process to checking in/out, was such a breeze! The unit itself was much larger than we expected and loved the fact that we could spread out and enjoy the Lanai and the spacious bedrooms! Will definitely book this unit again in the future! Old but very well maintain unit.Very satisfied on everything BUT the toilet! This must be replaced due to the water flow is too slow to flush!
