Amazing property! Very quiet and secluded overall. Be aware that a public access trail to a small cove (which is awesome!) runs through the front yard so you’ll have people walking past the upstairs bedroom. The downstairs and pool feel more private.
We had good experience in your house.Because the atmosphere was suitable for Kauai. Lanai dinner was excellent.Also we enjoyed the Weber for meat and fish from fishermen in Hanalei.
Great App with property details and check-in details. This property has the best equipped kitchen and more spare towels and bedding than any VRBO we have stayed at. The garage had bikes and full beach gear to use during the stay. The property manager responded immediately to minor questions and issues.The view is incredible, and the pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that was the safest we have ever felt on any vacation.The trail to Sealodge beach is past the drive so it felt like we had a private beach, albeit with a hike. Some reviews complain about the public beach access running past the house, but everyone using the access was quiet and respectful. The beach requires a hike with 200’ of elevation on a narrow trail, and the closest parking is 2 miles away, so there are not many people using the beach access on any day.We toured most of the island and didn’t find another location better than this neighborhood and property for staying with a family.

Keoniana Kai is a wonderful property and provides a wonderful place to gather family and friends for a remarkable experience. Everything about our time on the island (where we've visited dozens of times) was made better by the location and property itself.
The property management company was 10/10 to work with! They were very accommodating to a few requests and helped make our two week stay awesome! The house is armed with gorgeous ocean views & Sealodge beach trail access is right on property! We cooked or grilled most nights and the house had everything we needed for that. We had a really comfortable stay!
Beautiful View and nice pool. Great hike down to the private little beach. Wonderful neighborhood and nice access to everything. The home could use some updating and better cleaning, in the bathrooms especially. The biggest issue was that the screens do not work well and we had lots of bugs in the house.
Keoniana Kai was a great home for our family? Location is exceptional and a nice balance between manicured community and a step into the wild as you hike down to the Sea Lodge Beach - itself pretty much private. Pool and spa were awesome. No need for AC! Seriously, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you and we will be back!

The house was absolutely beautiful with an uplifting feeling. The nesting albatross in the cul de sac round about was an extra plus. Our one regret was that the hot tub was not working during our stay and it was not fixable by their maintenance crew. (The house features the photo of the hot tub prominently in its listing). But we loved the house and area. It was quite special.

The views are spectacular from this architectural beauty with an incredible floor plan. Though bathrooms/showers are very small, the rest of the home more than makes up for it. Enjoy fresh grilled fish on the patio, go for a bike ride...this space in perfect for friends and families. We'll, definitely, be back.
Incredible location and views. Our concierge was great in organizing & scheduling activities across the island-subset cruise, tubing, hikes, etc. Falling asleep & waking up to the ocean waves was the highlight. Our 6th family trip to Kauai-always stay in Princeville. This is by far the best location bar none.
We loved the views and the beach below. The icing on the cake was waking up to surfers being towed out in front of the home to surf the big swells! Amazing to watch. The home felt very comfortable and private. The location is perfect for easy access to anywhere on the North Shore. We love Princeville and the walkability. Very convenient.

This house is fabulous! The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. There are ceiling fans and a wonderful cross breeze.It was very nice to have 3 full suites for us, and the addrd bathroom helped too,The location is perfect! Close to walk to things like the beach and Queens Bath and close to the grocery store and Hanalei.The view from every room is spectacular- we had a wonderful time and would come again!

We truly believe this is one of the finest locations in all of Princeville; the over-ocean view from nearly every room in the home combined with the beautiful plunge pool/spa and deck is simply unsurpassed. The property exceeds the rental description: absolutely spotlessly clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, with kitchen and recreational amenities galore. We especially enjoyed observing (from a safe distance) the nesting albatross throughout the area on our daily morning walks. The management was responsive to any question or concern that arose. We are already looking at 2025 dates to book! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had such a great time at this property. The views were amazing from every room. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels. It was so nice have a cooler and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use! Beds were comfortable and the how was very nice and breezy at night. Showers/bathrooms a little small but not a big deal with how great everything else was! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again! It made our trip to the north shore unforgettable!
