The place is amazing!! If you are looking for a place with a spectacular view with easy access to pools and a beach, this is the place for you. There is a hill to walk, but you can drive to the pools and beach if you want. My son was recovering from a broken leg and was able to walk the hills by the end of our trip.Shopping center is next door with plenty of restaurants to eat at as well. The place is well stocked with glasses, dishes and coffee cups. We lust loved our stay here and on the island. Mahalo to Al for letting us stay at his place. He was great to work with.

First time to Maui. Great getaway. Stayed with husband, adult daughter and her friend. The owner was so great, we actually chatted for quite some time before our trip. He was very informative on the area and the condo was really really great. The location was perfect. Great snorkeling was about a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Other lovely beaches on both sides as well. Highly recommend Makena beach(about 10 minutes away).There is also a great walking/running path along the beach line. I felt completely safe in the area the whole time. The community is gated. There are shops conveniently located around the corner. Everything you need is right there. I highly recommend this VRBO. Al's place was amazing! Great amount of space, well equipped, and a superb location. We loved being able to walk to the beach and the shops/market. The community was quiet and the view from the unit was spectacular. Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic stay and would love to return. We loved everything! Beautiful view of the ocean, gorgeous property grounds, comfortable condo with everything we needed. We loved the walking path along the beachfront. Walking down to Ulua beach from the condo was so convenient, especially with kids. Thank you for your hospitality Al!
Super nice condo in a great location. High end amenities. The views are beautiful. The condo is tastefully decorated and up to date. We would rent this property again.The owner communicates well and as frequently as is needed. Very nice guy.if I could give more stars I would.
Condo in safe gated complex with manned security gate. Location is perfect with the complex as close to Ulua beach as you can get! The complex has 2 pools and other amenities to enjoy. The condo we stayed in was clean, well furnished and perfect for myself, my son and a friend. My son was on the sleeper sofa and it was perfect for him and comfortable. The rooms are big and have TVs. Towels and soaps/shampoos are furnished, as well as beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Washer/dryer is great. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked a lot and were able to make what we wanted with no issues. The view is better than pictures can capture! We enjoyed the lanai! Al was the best host I have ever encountered. He is available, helpful and wants you to have the best experience possible. The condo is farthest away from the beach, but we drove down closer so we didn’t have to lug all the gear back up the hill. We also enjoyed the smaller, closer pool which was secluded and not crowded! I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Al for sharing your lovely home!

This condo is very clean and bright, and is extremely well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Everything you need for a day at the beach is right there! The swimming pools are lovely and quiet, and walking paths extend both directions. Shopping is very close, as well.Al (the host) is very kind and helpful, and is quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!

Hands down, communication from Al, the owner of this condo, was the best we have experienced in many rentals over the years.The place has marvelous ocean views for whale spotting. After 5 visits to the wailea elua complex we like the organization of this unit best. No owner clutter around the place, functional furniture, complete cooking utensils etc.Tile floors without a lot of rugs make it easy to keep things clean

If I could rate communication with the property manager/host and location of the property higher than five stars, I would!! The location is perfectly situated on a beach that’s not over-crowded while being in the heart of Wailea…..we walked to restaurants at some of the big resorts around us and the shops at Wailea. The host is awesome and was proactive in making sure we were happy the whole time.
Oh yeah…..and the view is better than the pictures show. We spent a majority of our time hanging out on the deck.
Having stayed in many of the high end condos in south Maui over a twenty five year period this is one of the very best; well stocked: high end appliances; beautiful view; great location; quiet yet highly accessible to walking, shopping and some of the islands best restaurants.
We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding and we were awestruck by the water view the moment we stepped in. Plenty of room for 4 adults- we would come back!
This is a terrific property in a great location. Everything is just as it is advertised -- beautiful and clean condo, lovely renovations, comfy beds, full washer/dryer, kitchen fully equipped, great layout, quick walk to both pools...grounds are impeccably maintained...gorgeous beach just across from pool...easy walk to shops, market, resorts...etc...can't wait for our next visit!
This property is the BEST vrbo I have ever stayed at. The unit is immaculate and looks identical to the photos on line. The location of the unit within the property is a 10! It’s a 3-5 minute walk to the beach.The higher elevation offers views that are absolutely spectacular! The lanai has a dining area and two lounge chairs for relaxing while you watch the stunning sunsets. Al has thought of every single detail… the kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms have plenty of towels, the beds are comfortable and the bedding is high end. Al provides beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, pickle ball paddles and everything/anything else that you will need to take full advantage of all that Elua has to offer.
However, if you have any questions Al is just a text away and his response time is immediate! He was so helpful and kind.
The overall location of the property is TOP NOTCH! The beach walk that stretches along the shore line gives you access to all of the 5 star resorts. What we loved about staying in this property was the privacy and the space that one gets by staying in a home rather than staying in a cramped hotel room. Yet the Elua feels just like an upscale 5 star resort. It is surrounded by beautiful hotels for dining, live music, going to a luau, and amazing golf courses…. All within steps!
I could go on and on…. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! But I will not make that mistake when we return. You will LOVE everything about staying at this property!

The property’s location was incredibly convenient, being just a short stroll away from the beach, shops, and a variety of restaurants. Despite its central location, the place was peaceful and quiet, providing a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle.
One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunset views from our balcony. It was truly a sight to behold and made our evenings all the more special.

This place was absolutely perfect. The second I walked in my jaw dropped. It is even better than the pictures. It’s so exclusive, you feel like a super star staying here. Security lets you in through the gate and you have parking right infront of the room. Easy access to a flawless pool, right infront of the beach. Super clean, very fancy. Al is a fantastic guy, so grateful for all his help during our vacation. We will be back for sure!!
Everything about this stay was spot-on for our family's week-long getaway. Al reached out on our arrival day to make sure we were checking in ok, and made clear he was easy to reach in case of any problems (not that we had any!). The rooms were clean and spacious, and the kitchen large and well-stocked, but in truth we spent most of our time out on the lanai, enjoying the amazing view.
As for location, we could not have picked better. You're about a five-minute downhill walk from Ulua Beach - small and calm, with great snorkeling on the north end. Walk north along the beach path another 5-10 minutes to Keawakapu - probably our favorite overall for its expansiveness and more active surf. Or if you're not carrying too much stuff, stroll south along the paved path to Wailea and Polo beaches. I actually took a great morning walk all the way down to Po'olenalena. And the main Wailea shopping complex is also only a 10 min walk away - easy for restaurants, groceries, ice cream after sunset.
If you've got more stuff with you, driving to any of these beaches is really quick, and parking is easy. And Kihei itself is a very short drive away - lots of great options for meals and treats.
For an easy yet fun-filled Maui beach stay, I wholeheartedly recommend booking Al's place.
Very nice condo situated near oceanfront promenade in Wailea and snorkeling beach. Great snorkeling within approximately 5 minute short walk from the condo. Beautiful ocean view from the living room and lanai. 2 pools and clubhouse on property with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Easy walk to Wailea retail shops. We had a great time and would stay again.
This beautiful condo has a perfect location in Wailea — walking distance to beaches, pool, neighboring restaurants and shops. The view is spectacular— the whales put on quite a show! The unit is very well equipped and the owner was so easy to work with. We’ve been to Hawaii 18 times and this was our favorite stay in a condo. Highly, highly recommend!
