Exterior Building Painting is scheduled to begin on Mar. 27, 2023. Villa views and lanai use will be impacted by cables and scaffolding from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The hotel co-located with Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club is renovating common areas through Dec. 2023, please anticipate noise from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club Owners and guests staying at the resort may be impacted by noise from the renovation while enjoying the common areas of the property as well as in their villa. Please note ADA routes will be provided, however, may be impacted.
