We are close to the South Maui's finest shopping, restaurants, and beaches. These make this complex perfect for vacation renters.
Our Kihei Kai Nani condo has been completely renovated with vinyl flooring, granite slab kitchen counter-tops, walk in shower, stainless steel appliances, W/D, and furniture. For added comfort there is a ceiling fan and an air-conditioning unit in both the bedroom and the living room. Enjoy the sunset view every night from the lanai or living room.
All KKN units are non-smoking, including the lanai and entryway. The KKN complex has a couple of designated smoking areas. However. the common areas (office, pool, etc) are also non-smoking. Please respect our home and our neighbors by smoking only in the two designated areas only. Mahalo! We offer the best value to our guests.

There are also three grocery stores in the Kihei Area, all within a 5-10 minute drive away. World class restaurants, shopping and golf are also only a short drive away.
Located literally steps away from Kama'ole Beach II, our deluxe unit is one of the closest units to the ocean. The Kamaole II Beach offers great swimming and snorkeling or just a place to soak in the warm Maui sun or catch the sunset. There is also a picnic area, restroom facilities ...

The complex is a favorite of ours with location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. This unit is fantastic! spotless, well equipped and Chris was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely want to rent this one from now on.

We have stayed in Kihei numerous times and this is our favorite vacation destination. We have our new go to property. The location is excellent, the condo was clean, it has everything we needed for the beach and was as advertised. Bed was super comfortable and everything was in excellent condition. Also, check in was seamless and Chris was excellent to deal with. We will be trying to stay here again next year. Thank you Chris for letting us stay in your condo. Mahalo!

Great location. Check in was seamless. Plenty of parking. Living area was clean and exactly as described. The view is beautiful. The neighbors and staff are friendly and quiet (except the rooster). Chris, the host, was so kind and very timely with communication. We had the perfection vacation!!

Very nice location very nice condo. Really had a good time ,close to all the stores and shops . It’s nice having the Ocean right across the street makes it easy. We are already planning to return.

This property is absolutely spot on with everything you could need.
Very clean, bed is comfortable and the sheets are luxurious.
The only downfall is the noise from the mall behind.
If you can look past that, then this is the perfect place!

We recently enjoyed a fabulous stay at Kihei Kai Nani. We have stayed at the complex many times, but really enjoy the ocean view from #206. Chris, the owner was very prompt with any questions we had. Looking forward to returning in a few weeks.
