    Welcome to our beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom villa in gorgeous Hali’i Kai. Located in the world-famous Waikoloa Beach Resort, our fully furnished villa will pamper and refresh you with breathtaking views and freshly updated modern conveniences. Fresh paint, granite counters, soft neutrals, and tasteful décor create a tranquil space designed for relaxation. Perfect for families or for friends vacationing together, each bedroom has its own bathroom with double sinks and hotel quality linens. The master bedroom features a California king bed while the second bedroom includes two queen beds. Bedrooms have fabulous views of either lush garden landscapes or mountain views and windows that bring in fresh tropical breezes and plenty of light. Between the two bedrooms, a wonderful open-concept living space includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room with plenty of seating on the large sectional. This central area is the perfect place to enjoy time together while the bedrooms offer a private retreat for quieter relaxation. From the living room, sliding doors open to a lanai overlooking Coconut Grove with its palm trees and beautiful gardens. Other conveniences include large closets and a laundry room.
    Completely updated in January 2020, this single-story upstairs villa is an end unit with plenty of natural light and spectacular views. The Hali’i Kai gated community offers many activities within walking distance, including tennis, basketball, and a fitness cabana. There is even an onsite restaurant with beautiful ocean views for those times you don’t want to prepare meals in your villa. At the cascading ocean-view pool, a restaurant and bar are located poolside for the ultimate in tropical relaxation. Should you want to leave the resort, beautiful Anaeho’omalo and Hapuna Beaches are just minutes away, or you can enjoy some of the many activities the Big Island has to offer, such as helicopter tours, submarine adventures, dinner cruises, swimming with dolphins, or visiting Kilauea.
    Access to all on-site facilities, a reserved parking space, and access to the Ocean Club are all included in the mandatory resort fee of $25/day, which must be paid upon check in at the management office. This rental will include an initial supply of laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toilet paper.     This property was perfect for our family stay. The layout and comfort of the unit had everything we needed. The outdoor area with BBQ’s was a great spot for the family to gather and play. The location is close to everything you want to see and do!

    We had a lot of trouble getting into the unit because the entry code did not work so we had to wait for the cleaning service to answer our call and give us their entry code. We were waiting outside with all of our luggage and no where else to go for over 30 minutes. The supplies (shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, garbage bags) were in short or no supply. This was disappointing given we were staying for two weeks. The location was great and there was a lot to do in the area.

    Condo is everything you could want. Lovely appointments and Hawaiian decor. Great location to stores, restaurants and shops. Very highly recommended!

    Unfortunately this unit owner would not provide me with the proper information to allow me to have access to her property. I arrived to the unit at 8:45 PM but had no response from the owner regarding entry security codes and had to spend the night in an expensive hotel nearby as nothing else was available. The unit provides no amenities like handsoap, salt and pepper, and very small (Motel 6 style) bath soaps and shampoos. All of these items needed to be purchased. Old food was left in the refrigerator from the previous tenant. The master bathroom toilet is also not in good working order The parking is very substandard as the unit has one uncovered spot a five minute walk from the unit. But the complete abandonment by the owner of a key responsibilities would make me recommend that others do not rent this unit.

    The property is well kept and has lots of amenities to enjoy your island stay including chairs, beach towels and even umbrella. Will definitely try to return!

    There are many good reasons to stay here but what I enjoyed most was the pool area and the whale watching from the pool patio. Also the staff at the bar and restaurant are exceptional, good drinks and good food! I made many new friends from all parts of America. There is a gathering every evening at sunset with a ceremony to watch the sun go down

    Loved the condo for its well appointed kitchen ( we like to cook on vaca). Room layout was perfect and decor were not overdone (not too cluttered). Great to get towels chairs and umbrellas early ( before check-in ) for the beach. LOVE the beach club for dinner and sunset drinks and also Love the proximity to amenities, like the store and rental equipment.
