Maui Vista #2-210 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the second floor. There is air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, (no A/C in the bedroom) a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, elevator, flat-screen TV, and free wireless Internet. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sofabed in the living room. For outdoor activity, unit #2-210 is equipped with beach chairs, and beach towels. Maui Vista #2-210 has a fantastic location just across the street from the world renowned Kamaole Beach #1. This unit sleeps 4.

Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street and literally a 3-minute walk from this unit to Charley Young Beach - voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beach #1. Kamaole Beaches #2, and #3 are just a little further down and one never needs to leave the shore to enjoy their miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickle ball courts, and gas grills for your use. The pool nearest building #1 is a saltwater pool and all pools are available to all guests. The Maui Vista Complex is within a short walking distance of restaurants, shops, activities, etc., and with this unit in the first building, everything is really close. Also, it is only a few minutes drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena....

First of all, Kihei is delightful--easy, not crowded, funky and relaxing community and the unit is one very short block (if that much) from a beautiful beach! I checked in and made it downstairs for the sunset almost seamlessly! The condo is great--just enough space, clean, stylish and comfortable...had everything we needed--and the table on the lanai was perfect, as well...and no steps anywhere, it's very easy for all ages and mobility levels too! Easy check-in and all that, and great communication all the way around. And Kihei is only about 20-25 minutes from the airport and the central part of Maui, and easy to get to either the east side (Hana) or the west side (Lahaina) and anywhere in between. Tons of restaurants and quick bite places nearby too (coffee, shave ice, more shave ice...) and all in all, a great find!

Was a perfect condo for a small girls weekend get away. Really well stocked kitchen with pantry staples and cookware. Ideal location for access to all of Kihei and Wailea as well as the main highways for the rest of the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for two weeksPositive:Owners were responsive and very helpful Location is amazingCondo facilities are amazing for families Very soundproof condo Well stocked rental with all basic amenities Upgrades that would be helpful:Too stuffed full of stuff in closets and cupboards- pillows, decorations, tools. It felt claustrophobic. These could be easily minimized and leave more room for guests to store belongings. Master bedroom needs an AC unit. The AC unit in the living room is super loud. Fold out couch needs a new thicker foam topper. Rental needs a deep clean/ dusting. Vacuum needs replacing/ cleaning With a few improvements to the rental as mentioned above- we’d stay there again.

Everything about this condo was great, from the kitchen having great cookware, to the grounds be nice, to the location being perfect, except for the bed. The mattress had a hot mattress pad on top of an overly worn out mattress. One side had a dip in it while the other side wasn't nearly as bad. Both, my husband and I were so tired the entire time due to not sleeping well. This was the worst experience I have ever had because of a horrible bed. It makes me sad to write this due to the rest of the condo being great.

A decent size place with everything that you need. It was really clean upon arrival . It would be nice having an a/c in the bedroom thought. And I would say time for new linens and pillows.

This condo in Kihei was a great location for our first visit to Maui. Right across the street from Charley Young Beach and a beautiful sunset, this condo provided us beach equipment so we could maximize our fun without maximizing our luggage. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
