There are just over fifty units spread over five acres of lush well-maintained grounds at the Koa Resort. While wandering through the paths it may become easy to forget that it is just a two minute walk from your front door to breathtaking sunsets on the sands of Waipuilani and Kalepolepo beaches and a short stroll down the road to fine dining and shopping. Here you can shut out the stress of the world without withdrawing from the conveniences of it.
An in unit large capacity washer/dryer means that as soon as you walk in the door you can ditch your traveling clothes and start to relax. Complimentary Tommy Bahama folding chairs, a rolling cooler, beach umbrella, assorted pool toys, and ping pong paddles make it so all you have to unpack is your bathing suit and grab a freshly laundered towel on your way out the door.
Take a dip year round in one of the largest temperature controlled pools in Kihei; it stretches from a kid friendly wading area on the North side to nine feet on the deep end. If you feel the need to loosen up your muscles after a spirited game of tennis on a private court, ping pong at the cabana, or some time out playing shuffleboard just hop in the hot tub adjacent to the main pool.
Looking to devour a good book or some good food? Head to the cabana area and you will find a small lending library with books that can be enjoyed on one of the many chairs or benches scattered throughout the property while the two gas grills can create a feast for an outdoor picnic of any size. Super clean and fully stocked. We loved our stay here. If I were to nitpick, the carpet could be replaced and the main floor bathroom lighting was very dark, but overall we really enjoyed this place. The kids loved having their own beds and having tvs in all the rooms was awesome. AC worked great! We’d stay here again for sure.

My friends, husband and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was well supplied and convenient to both the pool and the beach. The property manager, Jude, was very responsive and helpful. We had such a relaxing week. Not a care in the world. Mahalo!

Had a lovely trip! The condo is just beautiful and very clean and comfortable. While we missed hearing the ocean waves we did enjoy hearing the birds and a short walk to the beach. In fact, we especially enjoyed seeing the turtles at the near by “fish pond” almost nightly. Thank you for a wonderful week!

While we appreciated that the property was large enough to hold our family of 4, we found this property dark, dated and the carpets were not ideal.
Not enough light in the bedroom to see in our suitcase.
Carpets had a dirty feel and there were some silver fish.
Flooring and cabinets need a reno. Tub faucet drips.
Overall the kitchen and laundry was good.
Landscapers never did clean up all the plant debris outside. The pool has a blocked off bridge and the button for the spa jets is in an odd location.

This condo was very clean, a lovely property, we really enjoyed our stay. It was great for a family - there were 5 of us. Communication from property manager was very good, quick responses. They made everything easy and we knew what to expect. Location in Kihei was very convenient, shops nearby. We actually biked around for 2 days without a car. There are a couple of beaches close by to walk to, and many more beaches up and down the coast. This property was also very quiet, amazingly quiet, actually. And the neighbors who live in the complex were friendly. One thing to know: the couch bed is probably more suited for kids and young adults, not as much for older adults, although my brother did Ok on it for a few nights when we padded it up a bit. All in all, a lovely stay, and I liked the more laid-back feel of Kihei and the location.

Location was great. Place was beautiful and clean with lots of room. Well stocked with all the essentials and beach items. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkel gear, & boogie boards. The loft was perfect for our 2 teenage girls.

It was a little disappointing that the dish washer didn’t work and the water on the fridge didn’t work and the carpet was really in need of a good cleaning.

We greatly enjoyed our 2 weeks in this property. Both the master and loft bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the two bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. We were very impressed with all the kitchen amenities; Jude identified ahead of time that the water/ice in the fridge was in need of repair and provided bottled water and ice for our first few days, which was extremely thoughtful. The resort is very quiet and peaceful with an adult couple living below, we especially enjoyed the beautiful vegetation around the lanai and the birds and geckos that lived there. Would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was easy. The place was beautiful and clean with lots of room, which is a bit of a rare find. They had all sorts of extras that came in handy, ie. backpack beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. More things than we could possible use. Fully stocked kitchen and so awesome to have a washer and dryer! Huge plus was the uncrowded and often empty sandy beach literally just across the street! The loft was just private enough for an adult(s) and would have been great for kids as well. Definitely will be back for my next visit with my kids. An excellent place!
