We loved our stay at the Luana Garden Villas! It was great to have resort amenities and be so close to the beach while having a house like feel for a group of four families. We also loved having a private pool for our group of villas. Great location in Maui too. The villas were spacious, clean, big bathrooms, and the kitchens were well equipped. Highly recommend.
The two condos were ideal for our family group of 11. Both were spacious, with large, well-equipped kitchens. The 3 bedrooms in each condo had comfortable King-sized beds and lots of closet space. The 3 bathrooms in each condo were roomy and well-appointed. Because the weather was beautiful throughout our stay, we mostly dined on the lanai, which is equipped with a gas grill, sink and counter, along with dining table & chairs and a pair of settees & coffee table. The condos are located just a few steps from a lovely salt water pool that we all enjoyed. The walk to the beach and to other pools on the grounds were just a bit farther, but very convenient. Reserved parking spots were provided for both units and we were delighted to have a beach wagon, plenty of beach chairs and beach umbrellas stored for our use in the garage. Both condo units are in excellent condition and have been well cared for. The units are part of a community that is beautifully landscaped and well cared for as well. Communication with Roshy was easy. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Our villa was located in a perfect spot. In the back of the resort, within site of a pool. Quick walk to the beach, abc store (delicious coffee) and Dukes! Clean, well equipped villas gave us a great home base for a wonderful family vacation.
Love that you have a full kitchen and dukes to supplement. Grocery walking distance. Pools galore. Beach. Layout is amazing. Super luxurious appliances etc. would 1000% recommend and rebook in the future. Cannot lose here.
This villa has everything you need to relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. You're close to the beach and just a short drive to downtown Lahaina and Whaler's Village. The dining options are endless. The food trucks are fabulous. There are activities to satisfy every age group. We had a wonderful experience.

Covid has made check in less than perfect. On occasion, smell from treatment plant across the highway is unpleasant sitting out on the lanai.

Both our family and the five other families that stayed in this villa and the other two villas (all owned and operated by the same individual) were beyond satisfied with our stay. The villas are nearly brand new and look as though they haven't even been lived in (some in our group theorized incorrectly that we were possibly the first people to rent the unit). The living areas are large, the patio is large, the rooms are comfortable--it has everything a renter could want.
We had two minor issues during our stay and our property management contact, Roshy, was extraordinarily responsive. Even in the weeks and months leading up to the trip, I peppered her with questions about our ability to use the balance of the resort (all amenities were open to us), babysitters in the area, surf board rental options, etc., and she helpfully and promptly responded to all of my inquiries. Customer service at it's very best.
Our group will likely come back again next year since we had such a great time.
This was the best trip we have had! It was my parents, my two other siblings, all of our spouses and children. We stayed at two of Roshy’s villas, 3B&3D. First I would like to say how quickly Roshy was at responding. From the second we were looking at her listing, booking, before coming, during the stay and even after. Just because of this alone, we were so beyond thankful and appreciative of Roshy.
We stayed 8 days and they were the best days. The villas are beyond beautiful, extremely clean, new, well thought out and furnished, great floor plan, comfortable beds, giant California door with a screen, giant palm trees right outside the deck, can hear the waterfall from pool/spa right outside, beautiful large gas grill, house is loaded with everything you need .. they have: dishes, basic kitchen essentials, cleaning stuff, laundry/dryer, Smart tvs, music system, modern furniture for both the outside and inside, wrist keys that you can swim with, pack n play, wagons, beach toys, boards, a swim floaty for a toddler, ice chest, chairs, umbrellas for the sand, access to the other hotel/pools/spa/workout facility/free towels/amazing restaurant all walking distance from the villas. We spent so much time for breakfast and dinner just appreciating the door being open, music playing, kids running in the grass, pool and spa. It was so nice having that right outside our window because only the other villas would be swimming there, so we basically just enjoyed it to ourselves. When we wanted to go to the beach we had the best walk to this beautiful beach and pools for more activities. I mean I could go on! This place was so beautiful and definitely made us want to stay here over hotels or home rentals. We also rented a high chair and some other essentials for our toddler and the other children that were there, which was left at the door and picked up right after we left. There are several stores right next to use, a small drive to whalers village and Lahaina. Such a nice location!
I would go through Roshy again in a heartbeat. We are so extremely thankful for how responsive and kind she was to us the entire time!

You could not ask for a better property to house a large group. This place is amazing. The whole house and property was immaculately taken care of. All the items one would need or could ask for was provided. Beds were amazing, so much so that none of us missed our beds at home. We have been to many properties on HomeAway and this one ranks at the top! You will not be disappointed in anyway if you choose to stay here.
