We don't normally stay in Waikiki.
For a last minute trip this was a wonderful place to stay. Just like online listing. Comfortable and convenient. Bonus covered parking. Coffee shop downstairs.

Location was great but the facility needs a major facelift. The unit needs paint, a shower curtain liner that is clean and without mold and more storage space for guests. Many spaces had notes “For owner use only”. Closet was full of owners property leaving little room for guest clothes. I would not recommend the unit. The property manager, however, was very responsive.

Staying at the Banyan is always great. Such a great location etc.
This is a good basic unit. It could use some paint and some upgrades. The kitchen appliances are in pretty poor shape and the dishes are a mix and match assortment. Other furniture such as the beds and hide a bed and occasional tables are great. The price was good so we would definitely stay again.

Great view of the ocean from the lanai. This condo is in need of a lot of updating, TLC and decor. There is only a sofa in the living room for seating. The sofa is stained, horribly uncomfortable, mattress wrapped in cheap plastic. Bathroom pocket door need work, it sticks. Dirty stove, coffee maker, stove , cabinets and floors. No art on the walls. Beach chairs on the lanai are all broken. Way overpriced for the quality of this place.

I love the location. This particular unit needed some upgraded working appliances, which the property manager did do. I feel property manager needs to go through the unit and replace some pots/pans, provide working can opener, some additional bowls for food and dishes. The floor was very sandy and no cleaning products were available, and I felt I should not have to provide these. The unit did have an awesome view.

The apartment was great for our stay. Brilliant views and good size. We could only fault that it’s a bit tired and lacking maintenance in areas. E.g 2 of the 3 cups were badly cracked- not usable. We did report these and response was prompt. Time for a good look around and action the light, floor join and other items needing maintenance. Very clean and handy to laundry room. Quiet and private. Enjoyed it overall

We book this unit every time we come here. It is comfortable, clean with a great view and location. I wish it had a king size bed but other than that this unit is perfect.

I was well pleased with the overall stay.Every thing I need for the beach was there .beach chairs unbrella plenty of towels and wash clothes and sheets.I loved the fact that the coin operated washer and dryer was right next door .I came home with clean clothes .The on ly complaint I had was the can opener Is old and I almost cut my hand and my husband struggled to open it .There is also shampoo and conditioner as well as laundry pods for your clothes ...Thank you so Much Gavin.Sincerly Diana Hill

The condo was clean. The views of the ocean and Diamond Head were special. They could be seen from the kitchen, bedroom and living room. We had everything available, including garage parking, to make our vacation wonderful. We would definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends.
