This condo has everything you need. Very well maintained, great location, short stroll to the breach, pool right outside your patio, food trucks a short walk away as well as Dukes Beach House restaurant. The owner, Bob, responded immediately to the few questions we had!

This unit was wonderful and met the needs of a diverse group of ages and interests. It was a luxurious condo with access to many amenities that enhanced our stay. Within our unit there were resources that made traveling with children easier and more comfortable. The owner was great about communicating often and being available for questions. He made our last day, and the check out process, very smooth which allowed us to have a stress-free experience! We all look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had an amazing time at Bob and Linda’s garden villa. It was exactly what was pictured and expected. It was great to be on the first floor with a lanai especially with little ones. The pool in the villa area was great and literally right off the lanai. Access to Honua Kai Resort was great especially with Dukes on site. Also right there were food trucks which were awesome. Bob responded quickly when I had a question and checked on us to make sure the stay was going well. They also had toddler plates and utensils, which was a plus. They also had baby amenities such as a bouncer and piano mat which was great for my 4 month old. We stayed in it with grandparents and there was plenty of room for everyone. Furthermore you had access to a garage and parking space right there which was very helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely go back again.

We really enjoyed our time! Bob was very communicative and accommodating. The place was super clean and close to all the things we wanted it to be close to! This is a place we will annually stay at!
