This Unique and private beachfront condo with turtles everywhere and its a perfect swimming beach. Come enjoy the newly remodeled oceanview unit that has a wonderful ocean crossbreeze from the trade winds and air conditioning also now we are happy we have a brand new septic system. This one of a kind place is probably the best swimming and snorkeling beach on this island and with a newly remodled kitchen and bathroom that’s kept sparkling clean. This beachfront condo is best for swimming, snorkeling, canoeing and sunbathing fun. Turtles are everywhere on this very calm beachfront that often has balmy sea breezes and as for swimming, it’s protected by a reef and great for kids too as the water is perfect and usually calm, clear and inviting. The lawn out front is like carpet also and the beach is pristine with clear tiel waters.

Just step outside onto the beach or relax on patio outside under an umbrella table or on the units lanai and sip a beverage and see the waves and palm trees sway. Watch tv on a 52 inch smart cable tv on one of the two comfy chairs (one makes into a twin size sleeper and there’s a futon topper for extra comfort, and the other is a straight back chair) or just watch while relaxing on the full size bed on a memory foam mattress and pillows with the remote or better yet, go outside and discover the surroundings and lounge on one of the many beach chairs while watching the waves or sit under an umbrella table and grill on the BBQ and eat on a picnic table or by the swimming pool. There is Free WiFi and a full size bed in a small back room area and a breezy ceiling fan up above each bed. The place is perfect for two people and works for three and even four, you’ll love the grounds too.You won’t need anything however but this place if you decide to stay here and take in the beauty of the swaying palm trees and quiet paradise lawn with sunbathing chairs. If this sounds like paradise to you then This place is for you! The unit also has an ocean breeze while listening to the waves on the full size bed in front room with memory foam mattress. There’s also a Full size bed in back area also has memory foam mattress that Sleeps 2 more. We do recommend however you consider the place is smaller and works best for 2-3 people. 4 will work however if you must and it’s private in the back with some space for luggage in closet and a dresser drawer to unpack. Total we can handle is 4. There’s a Sleeper chair in front also that makes to bed when legs extended from zipper holder on back and pulled down. Extra cushion topper futon for more comfort. Many collectibles removed as per guest recommendations and we always have and always will professionally clean everything between stays and provide new linens and pillows and towels changing them regularly. Our cleaners use our new hydrosteam crosswave mop vac steamer that leaves the place spotless between each guest. You may also book a additional cleaning after three or four days if you need one at an additional discounted cost. Just ask the host. You will love relaxing in our comfy condo after a day on the beach or touring about the many attractions close by. (There is also half and entire large closet that has all the swim equipment and Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella you will need and for your use and a smaller cloths hanger area, (to put your belongings and a full size dresser for your cloths.) Nearly everyone who has visited has loved the place and commented on its charm. When you stay with us you won’t regret it. The memories will last forever.

The ocean is calm and clear and everyone is usually is swimming and snorkeling or just sunbathing or lying under a palm tree. The unit is also clean and quiet and professionally cleaned after each guest. All sheets, pillows, blankets, rugs, linens and towels are sanitized after each guest and either new or clean. My pillows are very comfortable also. I use cotton sheets also.

The place is very rare and a hidden gem…, like a Diamond in the rough. The swimming beach is awesome for children and adults alike as it’s protected by a reef and teaming with turtles and we have seen manta ray and even a monk seal.

There’s a large grass area with swaying palm trees and the grass is like carpet with lawn chairs and picnic tables and umbrella tables too. It’s like heaven and we look forward to spending time there whenever we can and can’t wait to go back there ourselves as its our happy place. Also there is spalling and painting work being done on the end of the building and its ongoing and intermittent sometimes with noise and however noone has complained as it’s only during working hours and never on weekends. Most people are touring or on the gorgeous beachfront so it hasn’t been an issue. We have a new bigger AC as of today.
