The primary bedroom is on the main level while the second bedroom is in the loft upstairs, both bedrooms have TVs. The primary has a queen bed with the bathroom located just off the hallway with a bathtub/shower combo. The upstairs loft bedroom features 2 extra-long twin beds that can be comfortably converted into a king bed upon request. Second bathroom is located upstairs with a vanity sink area and a tiled walk-in shower.

Wonderful location and amenities. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, stores. It was tidy, but I wouldn’t say spotless, had to clean out tub before we could use it. They had some sand toys, beach chairs and coolers to use, that was awesome. We could see whales from the balcony. Overall a great place to stay. Nice to have laundry in suite, and 2 bathrooms. Great set up for a family. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve been coming to Maui Vista for the past 20 years. We’ve stayed in many units both in building one and building two. This unit was in building three our first time staying there we would definitely return to building three we were able to watch the whales play in the ocean from our fourth floor unit!

We really enjoyed our vacation at the Maui Vista resort. Our condo was very clean and well stocked with all the necessary items for a great stay. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels as well as coolers and great quality beach chairs. We only had to rent an umbrella. The beds were very comfortable and the TVs worked flawlessly. The A/C, fans, dishwasher, and W/D also performed well.
We did not swim in the pool or use the grill or tennis courts. We spent our entire time either going to the beach (which is only a short walk from the condo) or traveling to snorkel, hike Haleakala, horseback ride in the mountains, and sail to Lanai (among other things). Kihei is in a great location, centrally located to everything as well as near some great restaurants. We have no complaints about our stay and would come to the same condo in a heartbeat!

Everything was in perfect condition with every amenity one could have asked for. We loved the beautiful ocean views and the wonderful air conditioning. I’ve now stayed in this unit multiple times. We love Kihei and we love Maui Vista. This unit in particular is now our go-to. It’s always clean, has everything we need, has a great view and CB is always responsive whenever we need something. The last two times I was here my husband and I slept on the sofa sleeper. It’s pretty comfortable! This is the unit I recommend to friends and family when they’re looking to book a vacation in Maui!

The view was as in the pictures. We were able to watch the whales in the bay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all conveniences, food stores, restaurants, lounges with live music.

I cannot rave enough about my stay here with a friend. The condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen and beach essentials, had a gorgeous view and was so comfortable for those times you want to relax between activities! It is located across the street from a great beach, close to the pool and walking distance to local restaurants. The upgrades the owners made are gorgeous and every detail is appreciated (down to all new towels and kitchen tools). The staff on the property was very friendly and the grounds were perfectly taken care of. My friend and I are already planning a trip back and will be staying here.
