    We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
    We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
    1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang...

    I stayed here for 2 months and everything was absolutely wonderful. The building is kept clean, has security 24/7 (they are very helpful when you accidentally lock yourself out of the condo!) The view is great, the beach and downtown are all within walking distance. Kat and Monica were awesome to work with. Any time I had a question I was able to get ahold of one of them, they even mailed me things I forgot! I would highly recommend this place and would even stay here again!!
