A beautiful ocean view. Whether sleeping at night or even during the day- we loved to hear the ocean and sunsets were stunning! A few issues when we first arrived- but property management was prompt and attentive and fixed everything within 2 days. Would love to stay here again.

Condo was great, clean and updated, but public spaces were worn and dirty ( elevator and hallways )

The property manager was very communicative and accommodating. Sliding room divider is slightly difficult to open and closed. View was beautiful however the patio is in the smaller side so cannot lounge on the patio and there is no night lights and so cannot read on the patio at night. Overall we would book again.
Great property with phenomenal view of the ocean! Excellent location not too close to the main Kailua Kona town. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, beaches. Cool little public beach right next to the property. Not a resort-type atmosphere - quiet. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and was clean. Management communicated very well. So glad we chose this location!
Unit (403C) at the Banyan Tree was everything we hoped for. You cannot get any closer to the ocean and having a small stretch of sandy beach next door and a pool/hot tub was especially nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. There is one dedicated parking spot available should you have a rental car. It’s far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the touristy shops but still within walking distance to food and markets. TIP: If you’re looking to adjust the TV volume, it’s on the side of the ROKU remote. My only complaint is the floors need a good scrubbing but otherwise the unit was clean & comfortable. Favorite Find: a good working blender to make fresh piña coladas. Beach chair, snorkel equip, floats, boogie boards, beach towels and printer are stored in guest BR. Thanks for the memories…
We were thrilled when this condo the second we walked in the door and made it to the lanai. They truly are million dollar views. The condo is beautifully furnished and we loved having the bedroom located so close to the lanai. The property itself is older, but the condo has been remodeled. We oftentimes had the pool to ourselves which was also nice. Checkin and checkout was easy. The elevator was broken one day, but I called the property manager and it was fixed the following morning.
We would highly recommend this condo and plan on a return visit within the next few years.
Everything here was perfect! The view was simply stunning!
The location is great, the condo has everything you need, but is need. The living room furniture is old and uncomfortable. The master bed is comfortable. All bedding and towels are old and need replacing. The unit is great, just needs some money put into it. I’d stay again, even if they didn’t spend a dime.
