Ma'alaea Surf, Unit H3 is an ideally located ground floor condo, just steps from Sugar beach. This condo features a full kitchen and dining table. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The large living room has expansive views of the ocean. Enjoy Maui's colorful sunsets from your spacious private patio (lanai). This unit includes central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers located in guest laundry rooms on property.

The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 4. All units at Ma'alaea Surf are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

This location and resort was wonderful in so many ways. Great location! Unit was amazing it was clean, bed was great, it had everything we needed and being on ground floor on beach was incredible. We had family in 3 other units and was so easy to access one anothers units. We had our own privacy yet family gathering time too. It was exactly what we wanted.

We have been coming to this resort for over 30 years. We have stayed in buildings A,B,C,D,E,G,and H. We have settled on Unit H3-1 and stayed there numerous times. In fact we have Summer of 2024 booked! The location is perfect for us. The home is very clean and well equipped. We are raising a 12 year old, so the beach and ocean is literally steps away from the lanai. The big pool and it is big is so inviting and very close to the unit. The grounds are very beautiful and exceptional They have that old time Maui vibe to them...love it! Malea is by far our favorite rental manager. She is well liked by all and is excellent at what she does. I would and have recommended this property to family and friends.See you in the Summer of 2024!
