This 2-bedroom 2 bath second floor condo sleeps 4 on comfortable Cal King beds and is on a property built in the unique Hawaiian tradition. Maalaea Surf hosts 1 tennis courts, a pickleball court, 2 pools, steps to the beach, and a barbecue that is available for whatever island cooking you would like to do. There are cable TVs in the bedrooms and living room and Wi-Fi. Make yourself at home. As it is said on the island, Maui Na Ka Oi, (Maui the best.)
Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

The new property manager “Patrick” is a bully to women. Patrick was verbally abusive and threatening toward myself (81 years old) and my two young nieces. He lacks reason and logic. He acts like he is a member of law enforcement. He is a walking liability to your organization. Someone is going to sue you guys one day because of him.

We had a group of 16 and we rented 4 townhouses. What a wonderful place from the views to the cleanliness to the great customer service from the owners and management (although we had no issues). Would highly recommend resort.

Enjoyed our 2nd year at this great resort. Our unit was very clean and fresh. No boogie boards, but 2 sand chairs and coolers in closet. Kitchen is new with most items for cooking. Has tv in both bedrooms. Winter Kona storms reduces the beach and windy most days - but no heavy rains while we were there. Barbecued meals and enjoyed dinners at Paia Fish, Nalu's, Three's bar and grill, SeaHouse, Gazebo, Grandmas Coffee House & Maui Brewing. Sugar Beach Bakery & Ululani's shave ice across the street were very popular too. Did sunrise at Haleakala, toured IAO monument, LaPerouse Bay, and other hike/trails. Loved our stay with family. Memories!!!!

Loved the area. Can get to the beach so easily. Kept very clean and maintained. Our unit could have had more towels and a few more necessities. I don’t want to do laundry on vacation but had to do a load of towels. Extra cost. Plus the unit was suppose to have laundry detergent and it did not. So more expense for me to buy Also it would be nice to have had four beach chairs. Not just two. A 11:00 check out would be nice compared to 10:00. It was our second stay in this resort. Love the scenery The grounds are kept so nice.

Our initial reservations in West Maui were cancelled at the last minute. We were extremely happy to be able to book this condo within 6 days of our arrival. The grounds are well maintained and our unit was well equipped with everything needed to make it feel like home.The location is very accessible to shopping, dining, airport and excursions. The property sits right on the beach and the views of sunrises and sunsets were magnificent.Highly recommend this unit and property.

We had a great time here. The condo was immaculate and the property was very quiet in general. We spent a lot of hours just relaxing on the patio, watching the surf in the morning and the sunset in the evenings. I also loved the location of the property. It’s right in the middle of probably 2 miles of gorgeous, clean beach, but somehow it was never busy. We had the beach all to ourselves pretty much every time we wanted to get some ocean time. I really can’t say enough good things about the condo. Our family had a fantastic time. Thank you!

We had a great time here. The condo was immaculate and the property was very quiet in general. It’s right in the middle of probably 2 miles of gorgeous, clean beach, but somehow it was never busy. We had the beach all to ourselves pretty much every time we wanted to get some ocean time. Best shave ice & bakery as well as a farmers market right across the street. Kihea Canoe Club just a few steps down the beach-watch them practice every morning, or try your hand at paddling with them. Been here several times, hope to come again.
