Aloha! Welcome to our beautiful Maui (Non-smoking) home in the Jasmine cluster at the fabulous Maui Kamaole in Kihei Maui. Our gorgeous one bedroom, two bathroom unit has a wonderful location in the low-rise complex close to both pools and outdoor grill. At the same time it has a very private lanai. The lanai is perfect for outdoor dining and lounging and is surrounded by a lush tropical landscape.
The condo is tiled throughout and has a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, a Cal King Bed, A/C units in the bedroom and living room, Cable TV/DVD/Netflix, high speed internet service, and a large library of movies and books. There is a phone in the condo available for guests to use to make (free) local and long distance calls to all of USA and Canada. In addition there are two full bathrooms with beautiful walk-in showers. We have a well stocked beach toy closet including: coolers, large beach towels, sand mats, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and umbrellas. Last but not least, you don't have to worry about parking at our condo! There is a designated (free) parking spot very close to our unit.
We just completed several renovations in our Maui home. The living room was updated in July 2019. Brand new furnishings including two comfortable recliners, custom sofa, beautiful lighting and artwork, and new paint to brighten up the space. The master bedroom got a major remodel in September 2019 with new paint and all new furnishings. It is truly a relaxing retreat after a long day exploring the island.
The courtyard off of the bedroom is our latest (Sept 2020) renovation. Beautiful wood like tiling, greenery, and landscape lighting make this a wonderful space to relax in.
This property has 2 gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs, barbeques, tennis courts, and is across the street from one of the best beaches Kihei has to offer - Kamaole Beach III. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location worked well for us, as did the layout, furnishings and kitchen. Unit is very well equipped with beach gear. Fans and open doors worked well to cool the unit without use of a/c.

The condo had everything we could wish for and is located close to the beach. It was super clean and was exactly has described in the add. It had all the beach gear required and more !

The condo was amazing. Felt like a home away from home but in paradise! The beach accessories were a life savor! We used them everyday! The garden lights outside made every night so peaceful and just what you would expect to feel like in Maui!

Ali and Steve’s condo was fantastic. It was in a great location with plenty to do nearby. Beach was a short walk away. Lots of food options around. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed while we were there. Great communication by hosts. It was obvious they genuinely wanted us to have a good vacation. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I had a blast at this property! The unit was decorated incredibly and they had absolutely everything you could want or need on your stay. The beach was a very short 5 minute walk and there were also amazing food options in walking distance as well.
The hosts supplied numerous beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for your use as well as coolers which made it so convenient. I think our favorite spot was the back porch where we had coffee every morning and enjoyed the beautiful landscape while listening to the birds.
Overall the property was amazing with 2 pools a 2 minute walk away in either direction. If this condo is available for your trip do not hesitate and book with confidence, you will not regret it.
The hosts were incredible and made our anniversary trip unforgettable, we can not wait to return one day!!

This condo was exactly as stated in the listing. It is very nice and all furnishings are very well maintained. It has so many extra amenities, especially for the beach. My husband and I travel quite frequently and have been coming to Maui for 34 years. This condo has the best stocked kitchen we have every rented. Such a nice treat. The condo is also very close to both pools, and the BBQ which was always available to use. The owners are very available for any questions and clearly take pride in insuring all guests are happy. We were greeted by wine, and chocolate macadamia nuts, what a unexpected nice touch. Best of all this condo is in a great location. Close to our favorite beaches ULUA, and Keawakapu. If your coming to Maui you will love this condo and the complex. Mahalo until we return :)

The Condo had a bug trap in every corner of the entire condo. We only seen a few bugs in master bathroom The condo was clean but.needed a deep cleaning, it had a odor we were later blamed for with much exaggeration from the hosts !

This condo was beautifully decorated, perfectly located and had all the amenities we needed and more! Sunsets & great snorkeling beaches are just across the street. Shopping & restaurants within walking distance. We used the big Weber grill just off the lanai for most of our meals. Owners Ali & Steve made sure everything was perfect for our special anniversary trip & are so good keeping in communication. We hope to return & will definitely stay at this wonderful unit again!
