Best view in Kihei! Great way to start and end your day with amazing sunsets and moonlit skies. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths comfortable for friends and family. Hosts are amazingly helpful and know the great spots to visit if first timer. Highly recommend

This is a great place to stay in Kihei. Wendy was very responsive to one of our concerns. Communication with the owner’s excellent. Views are amazing on the double lanai and are also beautiful on the rooftop. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Everything you need for cooking and going to the beach is all here. We stay at this unit every time we come to Maui and we’ll definitely be coming back.

The condo has everything you might need! The lanai is an amazing place to watch the sunrise and in the evening to watch the sunset. The view is incredible! Mahalo!

This is a great place to stay in Kihei. It is clean and everything is good working condition. The photos in the listing are accurate. Wendy was very responsive to my worries about recent flooding, which actually did not affect this condo, as it is higher than more northern parts of S. Kihei Road. The double-wide lanai is fabulous for its views, especially at sunset. We were four retired/ almost-retired adults, and we had a great time.
Thanks again Wendy and Bob for sharing your lovely home with us!!!! The location is incredible and the view is amazing. Several times we would just watch sunset and whales from the deck instead of going up to the rooftop or down to the beach. The condo is FULLY stocked with anything you could want or need. Lots of spices and condiments and the welcome package of coffee, jam and Chocolate covered macadamia nuts was an adds bonus. The boogie boards and chairs were helpful on beach days, Washing machine and dryer to do laundry when we needed and a whole host of cooking supplies to feed the family for breakfast and dinner. Location is so perfect, easy walk to some of our favorite eateries and of course the beach is just across the street. Definitely will try and stay here again next time we venture to Maui!!!

Sitting on the Lani watching the ocean and the mountains in the distance, while the sunsets over Maui is a great way to end the day.
Walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc.
Apartment was well finished, comfortable bed, and all the beach gear you could use.
We would not hesitate to recommend Wendy’s apartment.

We really enjoyed staying in the condo and eating our meals on the lanai with a perfect view of the beach, coconut trees, ocean, and sunsets. We also enjoyed the rooftop grills! Communication with the owner was excellent. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. 👍
Such a wonderful place to stay and right on a great sandy beach. We rented a jeep and found ourselves centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Great eating and shopping nearby. Wendy is an incredible resource for all things Maui.
The property was wonderful and very well appointed. Wendy was an excellent host; she was responsive to our needs and even helped us with a special situation. The condo is in walking distance of an excellent stretch of beach and lots of amenities. We especially enjoyed the access to the upstairs rooftop deck. The only negative was the lack of a view from the secondary bedroom. We would definitely book this condo again
Condo has everything needed to have a great vacation. The location is perfect for the beach, resturants and shopping.
Was our first time to Hawaii and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Perfect views of the ocean from the lanai and such an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Loved the convenience of it all including the cafe and gelato across the street. Having the beach towels and boogie boards was such a great bonus.
Very clean and accommodating. Amazing view. Excellent location near to shopping and restaurants. Short walk to the beach and the pool is available if you would rather stay close to home. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
This is an outstanding condo the view is incredible the condo was fully stocked communication with Wendy was excellent we did not have to need or want for anything the amenities were outstanding!

Communication with owner was easy and very responsive. Condo was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with high end furnishings and kitchen/picnic/beach supplies. Our favorite thing was the awesome rattan recliners on the lanai! We spent a lot of time in them, from coffee in the morning to wine in the evening to watch the sunset and/or the electric bike parade from the 6th floor. Easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. We wouldn’t change a thing - would definitely stay here again!
What a beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean! The condo was clean and very comfortable!
We (two adults) enjoyed the accommodations, convenient location, and ocean/sunset views from the lanai for five days. The condo is comfortable, beautifully decorated, well-appointed with everything needed in kitchen and bathrooms, and has comfortable beds, nice & plentiful towels, and beach gear. Handy location for walks and beach-time on close-by Kihei beaches; and quite a few shops/restaurants were within walking distance. Location is a strong advantage for getting to other stores, restaurants, and the airport.
An unavoidable issue for one person who needed to work remotely most mornings, was gardeners working nearby and garbage trucks repeatedly doing pick-ups were noisy, requiring closing sliding doors and working inside, rather than sitting in the lanai enjoying the mild breezes. This would be a lesser concern for vacationers going out to other activities every morning.
It was nice to enjoy comfortable chairs on the lanai later in the day. Parking was sometimes tight, but we were never unable to find a spot in the condo lot. The patio on the top floor with BBQs was nice, although we didn't have a chance to use it.

What can we say, simply fantastic. From the first inquiry with Wendy to check out, communication was excellent. Always accommodating and pleasant. This VRBO felt like home. Clean, fully stocked, great location. Comfortable beds and the double lanai is such a great addition. The property is maintained very well and although we didn’t use the pool much it is one of the cleanest we’ve experienced. Given the opportunity, we would rebook in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us so we could have an amazing family vacation.
The condo was a perfect size for our family of four. First, it was centrally located so we had a convenient drive to all of our planned excursions. The beach was RIGHT across the street. The condo was equipped with beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella for our use. We really appreciated this. The ocean view right from our balcony was fantastic, we enjoyed many sunsets. We didn’t do much cooking here, but the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and towels soft. All toiletries were fully stocked.
