THE HOUSE: Light and airy bungalow (single story) located on Halama Street, the most walkable street in Kihei. The bungalow was designed by an interior designer with beautiful and fun touches throughout. Across the street from the ocean and just steps from one of the best sunset viewing parks on the island. The bungalow has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Can sleep up to six guests. Newly renovated interiors with killer outdoor living and dining areas. Private secluded garden setting. The entire home (3 bed/2 bath) and private lanais/yard/garden area is reserved only for the guests. The attached garage is accessible only by owner. Enjoy an afternoon nap in the hammock or sunbathing on a lounge chair. Each room is outfitted with AC units, ceiling fans and screen doors to capture the island breezes. The bedroom configurations are as follows: One king bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed in the guest room, and two twin beds in the lock-off bedroom at the back of the house. There is one indoor bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet and one outdoor bathroom with one outdoor shower (a favorite of ALL of our guests), sink, and a private outdoor toilet. There is also a washer and dryer to clean your clothes, towels, etc. and we provide laundry detergent so there's no need to purchase. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash stocked in each shower. The Bungalow is a green energy home with a low carbon footprint solar panel system.
