Very easy check in, many amenities at the hotel, beach chairs in condo. Very clean and chill vibe. Staff is very friendly. Great communication between property management company and me. We felt cared for during our stay. Will come back again. The lanai views were priceless.
We had a wonderful 7 day stay! Everything was as advertised and arguably one of the best places to stay on the island.
Wonderful view. Great for enjoying morning coffee, but beware, you might just decide to stay on the deck till noon. We rented multiple condos for a family holiday. Our four grandkids, who don’t yet know how to swim, enjoyed the pool and beach. The condo is just as described. Very well equipped. Management is very responsive. We will definitely come back here!
Condo was as described with excellent views. Whale watching was awesome, with some of the best ocean views we could imagine. Condo was well stocked and property was beautiful with great beach and amenities. Not inexpensive but well worth the price. Area could use a few more restaurants, but not a big issue. Highly recommend

This penthouse is the best condo in all of Ko Olina Beach Villas, as it has the best view! The unit is very clean and nice, perfect for our week stay on Oahu. The grounds are beautiful, and we loved the pool and beach access. It is very easy to walk up to the shops and restaurants, which was nice to not drive. There is underground parking available, which was very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
Our trip had to be cancelled very last minute because of our flight being cancelled out of Dallas. The airline was not able to get us out of Dallas for several more days, so we had to make the extremely hard decision to cancel our trip. Meg was WONDERFUL to work with on this process! We hope to be able to stay here next year once our trip is rebooked!
My family of 5 could not have asked for a better host. The communication was clear and organized. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Hawaii, it was spacious and clean. It’s a Family friendly area and the staff were excellent. You are in walking distance from restaurants, luau, stores and the beach. We plan on going back and would love to stay there again.
The view from the lanai was the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed many meals watching the waves and the whales.

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this beautiful ocean view condo. Meg was very responsive and accommodating to our pre-arrival requests. Due to the delay of our flight, Nicole was very accommodating in our late checkin.
We were met with a beautiful welcome basket filled with snacks and coffee. The condo is very clean and well appointed throughout with everything needed for a relaxing family vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything including cookware and utensils for cooking meals.❤️ Costco is close by for purchasing food items as local stores may be pricey. This is one of the most beautiful and relaxing condo’s we have ever enjoyed during our many visits to this property. We look forward to returning again soon. Thank you!

Best oceanfront place we have ever stayed. Lagoon location is great, pools were comfortable and never crowded. Easy to walk to Disney lagoon when looking for more crowds. Cooking and eating dinners on the lanai were amazing. In future we will only stay at the beach villas when coming to ko olina.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit at Beach Villas! It has a beautiful view that can’t be beat. We prepared a few dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. We prefer Ko Olina to other areas on Oahu. We usually rent a car for driving around the island. There are nice, clean walking paths around the lagoons and the lagoon beaches are clean as well. Communication was excellent along the way, but we didn’t need anything at all during our stay. Thank you for a great experience!

This is by far the best view in Ko Olina. Check in process was a breeze and Nicole (POC) is super nice and accommodating. Next time I come back to Ko Olina, this is the only place I would stay at.
