balcony scenic view was terrible from the inside because the windows were dirty, out on balcony the view was great.get a new sofa and a real bed ,take the waves out of the carpet so you dont trip.
The hot water isn't hot. Location and facilities of the condo are fabulous.

Overall great. The condo had a great layout and really excellent balcony. It was also in a nice quiet location that felt central to the west side of the island. When the AC ran at night, it made a cracking sound in the bedroom that was a bit disruptive, and the bed was a bit too soft for our preferences. Other than that, a great stay.
Everything is as advertised and is one of the cleanest properties we've stayed at. A well equipped kitched, along with ample supplies of paper products and cleaning supplies. Wonderful lanai, however would benefit from a ceiling fan to enjoy it more. Beach supplies and cooler are a nice bonus!
Upscale 1 bedroom condo with A/C and full appliances and free parking spot. Management company (Resortica) rep (Anna) was outstanding working with us despite condo owner unexpectedly putting the unit up for sale at the time we were staying there.
We had family staying in one of the other nearby resorts. This location was a delightful respite from the larger busier locations. Everything had been thought of, bed was comfy. We especially liked all the beach supplies. Made the beach days so fun!
Would stay again for sure!
We like the east facing lanai for the morning sunrise, and the short walk to watch the sunset over the ocean. A beautiful and quiet setting.
We had a wonderful stay! The view of the mountains from the many huge widows in the unit was beautiful.
The condo had an awesome view! We watched the sunrise every morning and the moon at night! It was conveniently located, close to the shops and beaches. Modern design, thoughtful features. Everything worked, air conditioning, doors, showers, toilets and the internet. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking was on site with no problems.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This condo was amazing. It was clean and beautifully updated and furnished inside with all the comforts of home. The bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. We also enjoyed sitting out on the wrap around balcony with volcano views. We especially loved all of the windows in this unit as it was very bright. We were very happy it had all of the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella & cooler) we needed. Check-in and out were very easy. We would definitely stay here again.
The condo is very well situated near shopping, restaurants and sandy beaches. The space is nicely furnished with everything you’d ever need. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful large lanais and manicured grounds. Pool is pleasant. A few updates could be made but comfortable nevertheless. Staff was super responsive and very friendly. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Wonderful view of the volcano off the patio, great view for morning coffee. Unit was as described and clean. Check in was a breeze. Noticed a very nice pool in the complex but didn't visit it. Close to shops and groceries and the grounds are very nice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Lovely condo and lanai - perfect size for a couple. Nicely remodeled main bath. Very thick foam pad on bed but 100% cotton sheets would be better and fitted sheet that fits tighter do it doesn’t bunch up under you at night would be better.
The overall impression: very good!
The best: position of the building complex close to all we needed (beach, hotels, shopping), beautiful grounds, large apartment and lanai! Everything we needed was provided in the apartment!
Not so good: very dark after sunset, barely distinguished the name of the building. The master bathroom's vanity was dusty and dirty, and so were the kitchen and entrance floors (they were sticky when we walked on them). That was easy to remedy, we just wiped these surfaces. All in all, things went well, and we would return there in the future.
