Wailua Bay View Unit 306 is a premium ocean front condo with stunning views from the lanai. WBV 306 has been renovated with luxurious amenities.
This is a top floor unit with incredible views of the ocean and Wailua Beach. The lanai has a bar-height rail table with 2 bar chairs. There is also a padded outdoor chaise lounge; a perfect place to relax with a book.
The living room has been upgraded with recessed lighting, new contemporary furniture and a new entertainment center including a new TV and DVD player. Free WiFi is provided in the condo. The 55 inch Samsung QLED 4K Ultra HDTV in the living room includes a Digital Cable DVR. The 43 inch Samsung HDTV in the bedroom also has a Digital cable DVR. The TVs are connected to the WiFi service so guests can access Netflix and other subscription services.
The Digital Cable TV subscription package includes the upgraded sports tier so you can watch the Pac 10, Big 10, SEC networks plus MLB Network, NHL Network, and NFL Network. DVRs allow you to record shows or sports events and watch them in the evening when you return to the condo.
The kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances. It has a full size LG French Door refrigerator with water and ice through the door and second ice maker in the freezer. The Bosch dishwasher is so quiet you won't know its running. The microwave and smooth-top range are comparable to what you have at home.
The kitchen has a coffee bean grinder, deluxe coffee maker, blender, rice maker, mixer, chopper, can opener and other kitchen items. It includes a full spice rack, flour, sugars, oils and vinegars and a cookbook so you can easily make meals. Many other sundries are included as well such as plastic zip lock bags and aluminum foil.
The condo includes an LG Front Loading washer and dryer in the unit.
The bedroom and living room also have ceiling fans. New hurricane strength vinyl sliding doors and windows provide an amazing view of the ocean.
A portable air conditioner is provided to cool the living room. It has a Heat function to warm the condo if there is a cold spell.
With triple-paned sound-proof windows in the bedroom, the air conditioner cools the bedroom completely. If it is especially hot or muggy, you can always cool off in the bedroom. The new Beacon Hill Firm Pillow Top King mattress and soundproof windows and black out drapes ensure you always have a restful sleep.

This condo was perfect for us. We had all the amenities of being home. The owners had everything you could ask for ready at the condo. Not only were we waking up to the view of the ocean but we literally stepped down and we were on the sand. I would highly recommend this place.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this condo 1-5 Oct 2023. The view of the bay is absolutely stunning as soon as you walk in. The furnishings are beautifully updated and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you may need. The bathroom had plenty of room and we simply loved the very updated shower. Although we didn’t use any of the beach equipment, there was plenty available out on the balcony. We certainly enjoyed the central location as well. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping, some just a short walk away. Steve and Tina provided excellent communication throughout. They were very accommodating and even allowed us an early check-in when we were moving from another condo just three doors down the walkway. So convenient! This allowed us to still enjoy our entire day and not have to worry about waiting on the condo availability. We would definitely recommend this wonderful condo and would certainly stay here again!

This property is centrally located, has a great view, and has the best equipped kitchen we've ever had with a VRBO rental (including a true burr coffee grinder and a quality coffee maker). We did our fair share of eating out, but it's nice to be able to cook a few meals in the property, and especially to be able to make good coffee every morning.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it's such a beautiful place! The fact that the balcony overlooks the ocean made for peaceful mornings together. The property is very clean and the inside appears just as the pictures online. The outside property manager walks around outside frequently making sure everything is kept together and clean. Everyone that we interacted there was very kind. I was surprised at how many appliances were available for us to use during our stay, as well as condiments and stuff for the beach! It's a nice central location to be able to do fun activities in both the north and south. And it's also close to Walmart and Costco which is convenient for the most affordable grocery shopping! We would definitely stay here again :)

This condo is in a great location with easy access to both the South and North of the island. The room was great and had everything you need for enjoying not only time at the beach, but also relaxing in the room. Amazing view from the condo that can't be beat!

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our first time on Kauai. We walked in the dour to a breathless view. The kitchen and refrigerator were so well stocked, we did not need to go to the store to get anything, so impressive. There were also anything you could ever want for the beach, including mask and snorkel, pool noodles, boogie boards, umbrellas and more.
The support staff was amazing. The on-site staff was amazing, sharing with us activities, places to eat and more.
We will definitely be back and have told relatives about our stay and one of them is planning their trip.
Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our anniversary in a memorable place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo. The condo was immaculate and the views were great. Everything and more than we needed was provided. In addition to well stocked spices, abundant utensils, excellent shower, and comfortable bed; the hosts provided all kinds of beach equipment as well as beach towels. We enjoyed the central location--especially the walking/running trail just up the road which is along the ocean. Mark, the on site manager was extremely helpful--even introducing us to the Passion bakery across the street. He keeps the tropical grounds in excellent shape.

The perfect condo we needed to relax in Kauai on vacation. Going to sleep listening to the waves breaking on the beach was perfect. Very easy check in and always easy parking on site.
