Wailea Grand Champions 101 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as golf course views, a remodeled kitchen, and air-conditioning. Located in building #11, this ground-floor unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, a King-size bed in the guest bedroom, and Queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living space. The open-concept living area features Hawaiian theme furniture and large flat-screen TV. Stay cool with a window A/C unit and ceiling fans in the living room.
Retreat and relax in the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a window A/C unit. Access the ensuite master bathroom which includes a dual sink vanity space and a large walk in shower. Inside the guestroom is a King-size bed as well as a window A/C unit. A desk workspace is also equipped in the guest bedroom. The guest ensuite bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Pack light, a private washer and dryer is added for your convenience.
Unwind and watch golf professionals from the private lanai with a dining table for 4. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the views from inside with large sliding doors and plantation style shutters. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, custom lighting, custom cabinets, and granite countertops. Ample counterspace making meal prepping a breeze and provides additional seating for 2.
The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, , and full-size stainless-steel appliances. The main living area has plenty of seating with a sectional Queen size sleeper sofa, dining table for four, and additional counter seating. For entertainment, there is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV equipped with cable in the living room and Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout.

Wailea Grand Champions Resort offers 11 acres of beautifully manicured grounds located on the fairways of the Wailea Blue Golf Course. The resort is adjacent and within walking distance of the Wailea Tennis Club and the beach. Two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and a BBQ area are available to all guests. The Shops of Wailea nearby offer a variety of stores and restaurants. You can also jog or walk along the ocean pathway in Wailea which will take you past numerous oceanfront resorts. Please note this resort does not have elevators.

This is our personal unit. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and there were plenty of beach towels. We love sitting on the lanai and having coffee in the mornings or cocktails in the afternoon. Thanks for taking great care of our place.

We enjoyed our morning coffee on our deck, in the sun, watching the golfers go by. The condo was well equipped with 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, toys for the beach and snorkel gear. It was a nice floor plan for 2 couples.
The pool area and grounds are very tropical. We always love our time at Grand Champions.

Hi Zac:
I called after hours twice last night with several issues. I wish you could check before people arrive that:
1. TV/cable is working properly and just one, correct remote is put out for guests to use. It should not be necessary to play with three different remotes, call service after hours (they won’t come out) and reboot the cable box to get TV service.
2. The AC units are turned on and running and are set on full automatic. It is not reasonable to expect guests to figure out how to work three different AC wall units that are set on the floor, all with different control panels and all with bad lighting making it very hard to read the panels and get them up and running, especially when the unit feels like a sauna.
3. All the lights work as intended.

Been to Maui before and this was a great spot for some privacy and quiet. Property was clean (floors can be cleaned better) and had everything you need! Including beach toys n chairs.

Nice decor. Well stocked kitchen. Beach equipment could be updated as are pretty worn. Dishwasher had some issues with with locking mechanism. Overall very nice place and enjoyed our stay.

The upside...I appreciated the upgrades and the home was well furnished. The towels were nearly new and luxurious! Even the beach towels. The view of the golf course was second to none. Room for improvement. It took quite some time to figure out the front door lock. You could be a little more detail in the introduction email to avoid that. There was little hanging space in the closet, because they’re used as utility closets. The condo has little direct light so it was dark unless we had all the lights on. The cleaning crew could probably use a nudge. There was trash under the console table and in the couch cushions.
Overall, it was a lovely stay.

We stayed here for our wedding on the beach, it was so perfect for our wedding/Honeymoon. We brought our immediate family and everyone was comfortable. The bathroom with the big shower was amazing!! If we are ever able to make a trip to Hawaii, we will definitely stay here again. It’s also very conveniently close to shops and malls and beautiful beaches!!
