Wailea Grand Champions 101 located in building #11 is a two bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps six. The remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops, custom lighting and cabinets, and full-size stainless-steel appliances. The main living area has plenty of seating with a sectional Queen size sleeper sofa, dining table for four and additional counter seating. For entertainment, there is a wall mounted flat screen TV equipped with cable in the living room and WiFi complimentary throughout. Travertine floors, Window A/C, plantation shutters, and ceiling fans in every room keep this villa cool.
The private lanai is spacious with a dining table and chairs for four. This outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dinners.
Sleep comfortably in a King size bed in the master bedroom. Master bedroom also features a flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a King size bed, TV and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This condo has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Wailea Grand Champions Resort offer 11 acres of beautiful manicured grounds located on the fairways of the Wailea Blue Golf Course. The resort is adjacent and walking distance to the Wailea Tennis Club and the beach. Two swimming pools, two hot tubs and BBQ area are available to all guests. The Shops of Wailea nearby offer a variety of stores and restaurants. You can also jog or walk along the ocean pathway in Wailea that will take you past numerous oceanfront resorts. Please note this resort does not have elevators.
This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to our guests.

Posted 6/17/24: Remodel in unit #106. The remodel will begin on July 08, 2024 and is expected to be complete by October 14, 2024. The work will consist of a complete remodel of the kitchen and both bathrooms. They will also paint throughout and replace the carpets and the tile on the lanai.

This is our personal unit. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and there were plenty of beach towels. We love sitting on the lanai and having coffee in the mornings or cocktails in the afternoon. Thanks for taking great care of our place.

We enjoyed our morning coffee on our deck, in the sun, watching the golfers go by. The condo was well equipped with 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, toys for the beach and snorkel gear. It was a nice floor plan for 2 couples.
The pool area and grounds are very tropical. We always love our time at Grand Champions.

Hi Zac:
I called after hours twice last night with several issues. I wish you could check before people arrive that:
1. TV/cable is working properly and just one, correct remote is put out for guests to use. It should not be necessary to play with three different remotes, call service after hours (they won’t come out) and reboot the cable box to get TV service.
2. The AC units are turned on and running and are set on full automatic. It is not reasonable to expect guests to figure out how to work three different AC wall units that are set on the floor, all with different control panels and all with bad lighting making it very hard to read the panels and get them up and running, especially when the unit feels like a sauna.
3. All the lights work as intended.

Been to Maui before and this was a great spot for some privacy and quiet. Property was clean (floors can be cleaned better) and had everything you need! Including beach toys n chairs.

Nice decor. Well stocked kitchen. Beach equipment could be updated as are pretty worn. Dishwasher had some issues with with locking mechanism. Overall very nice place and enjoyed our stay.

The upside...I appreciated the upgrades and the home was well furnished. The towels were nearly new and luxurious! Even the beach towels. The view of the golf course was second to none. Room for improvement. It took quite some time to figure out the front door lock. You could be a little more detail in the introduction email to avoid that. There was little hanging space in the closet, because they’re used as utility closets. The condo has little direct light so it was dark unless we had all the lights on. The cleaning crew could probably use a nudge. There was trash under the console table and in the couch cushions.

We stayed here for our wedding on the beach, it was so perfect for our wedding/Honeymoon. We brought our immediate family and everyone was comfortable. The bathroom with the big shower was amazing!! If we are ever able to make a trip to Hawaii, we will definitely stay here again. It’s also very conveniently close to shops and malls and beautiful beaches!!
