Enjoy a private lanai with the city and Ala Wai canal views. The master bedroom has one king bed. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. There is also a queen-sized airbed and a single futon. Both bedrooms are provided a portable AC, a closet, and a makeup table which could be used as a laptop-friendly workstation connected with a power strip and USB charger port. The living room has a sofa, and a dining corner; the Samsung smart TV is connected to high-speed internet WIFI. There is a baby crib, high chair, beach toys, and a WAGON!. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, and dishes ready for your ultimate convenience. There are beach chairs, a beach tent, plenty of bath towels, beach towels, facial towels, and even silk bathrobes!, beach mats, boogie boards, linens, iron/iron board, a hairdryer, and other bath amenities. A surfboard is provided upon guest request in advance.
There is a rice cooker! free daily Starbucks coffee, tea, and basic cooking ingredients.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Parking is tough & expensive in Waikiki. Guests staying in our apartment have no hassle with parking because we provide a FREE 24hr secured parking stall located in a building across the street from our building. If you book a place without parking for your vehicle, you’d pay $40-$50 per day at a hotel nearby, if available.
For those not driving, Lyft, Uber and cabs are usually available within minutes. The building is a 2-minute walking distance to the Bus Stop. Honolulu has excellent public transportation (The Bus) that can take you all over the island, or the Waikiki Trolley if you just want to explore Waikiki. Car, bicycle, moped, and motorcycle rentals are in multiple locations within a few minutes of walking.
CLEANING/BEDDING:
For guests' health safety, this condo strictly follows CDC’s enhanced cleaning protocol. It is cleaned with disinfection 24 hrs before guests check-in. Hand sanitation is provided.
All linens including bedding set (fitted sheet, bed sheet, duvet, pillow shams) are replaced and washed every time after guests check out.
LAUNDRY

Location was a big hit for this stay. Lots to do within walking distance and free parking nearby for everything that wasn’t. Thought the street and pool noose would bother us but everyone slept like a baby. A/C in the rooms kept us cool when we needed it. Plenty of beach stuff to use if you want and nearby 7-Eleven and grocery for the kitchen. Mahalo!

We had been stationed on Oahu from 2008-2012. We discussed returning in 2021 when our oldest graduated high school; however, due to Covid, we were unable to keep this plan, and went when our youngest graduated just this May.
It felt like coming home.
The condo was spacious enough for the four of us to spread out, close enough that we walked most everywhere, and knowing it had an assigned parking spot made the decision to rent a car financially sound.
We had the best time while on island, will not wait another 12 years to return, and would definitely stay at the condo again, if it is available.

This is such a great apartment. It has everything and is well stocked. It had Christmas decorations which made it very special. The location is perfect with walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The private parking spot across the road is amazing. No need to look for parking. As it is in the middle of the city, do expect some noise at night.

Our group of five adults enjoyed an amazing eight days at this condo near Waikiki Beach in Honolulu. The property manager, Loan, was very quick to respond to our calls when we lost power (due to an explosion of faulty electrical equipment across the street within minutes of our arrival), and when the spring on our door broke she sent a maintance man who responded within an hour. The lanai was a great place to sit and watch people each day, and many places to eat, shop, and enjoy were within walking distance.

The apartment was spacious enough for 5 of us. The apartment is a little dated but comfortable. There is a 7-eleven nearby for little things and a food truck park a block away with all types of food. Also if you go over the bridge across the canal is a small strip mall that has good eats too and of course Waikiki Beach. The Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Statue is about 11 mins walk and there are all kinds of restaurants there. The Ala Moana Center Mall is also within walking distance. We had a car that allowed us a little more flexibility. However, renting away from the airport was cheaper than at the airport. There is a Costco about 20 mins away where we did our food shopping for the week to cut down eating out costs so don't forget your membership card. The laundry was $6 for washer and dryer together. The machine is a good size so you can fit quite a bit of clothes. Folks complained about the air conditioner not working well but we found opening the windows and the lanai allowed a nice breeze to flow through and we barely used the air conditioner. Otherwise, each bedroom has an additional portable air conditioner to cool off for the evening. The parking is located in the building across the street but is included with the rental and a lifesaver for not having to find street-metered parking. The building has a pool but there is so much to do that we barely used it. We did not see an issue with cockroaches but we made sure to take out the garbage every day. Overall great stay.

Loan was great to deal with, description was pretty accurate. Well stocked condo. Location was central to all Waikiki amenities and attractions. Definitely very noisy location, especially at night. A lot of loud vehicles and people at all hours of the night.
