The signs all state “ rigorous “ cleaning in place , which was NEVER done . Nothing was cleaned day to day . The pool areas were never sanitized as advertised. The pool bathrooms were out of paper, soap , toilet paper by noon and never replaced. Yesterday’s towels are still wet, laying in heaps on the lawns , chases and decks . The room was never cleaned until I pitched a fit .
