The property manager was excellent. The property was clean and well-stocked. The only issues with this property, as mentioned in other reviews, are the living room furniture is so worn out and uncomfortable (both the couch & chair). The other issue is the rug under the coffee table and dining room table. They are so hard and uncomfortable to walk on. If these two issues were fixed, this rental would be perfect!
This property was perfect for our stay! It was clean and quite spacious and came equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, right next to the King and Queen's shopping centers, so you could walk to the store or to grab quick bite. Also just 10 or so minutes from the best beaches on the island. The unit had almost all of the beach necessities you need, except for a beach umbrella, so plan accordingly. The beautiful community pool is a big plus if you are traveling with kids!
We had an amazing time staying at this condo! The kitchen was easy to cook in and gas all the necessities. The BBQ on the patio was so convenient. The condo felt roomy enough for everyone and the master bathroom was wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very clean and we got everything we need. It is also a short drive to our favorite beach, Hapuna. And only 20mnts of a drive to our favorite little town, Waimea. Shopping center is walking distance, just across the street. We will stay here again when we return to the Big Island.
I live on Oahu with my family and flew up to the Big Island for a state high school track meet. Everything from check in to check out was smooth, aside from a little bump trying to get through the gates but once we figured out the code to get in the gates, we had no issues. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family. The little shopping area was an easy walk right down the street. The pool was relaxing.
Nice, well stocked property with a beautiful patio to have meals on! great location. Walkable to the shopping area, Marriott, and even the golf course if you take the golf paths. There was beach equipment for use in one of the closets too which was an unexpected but very helpful surprise! We had a great stay and had very few notes. The only things we noticed was that there was no soap in the bathrooms for handwashing, the couch wasn’t super comfortable (but we didn’t spend much time inside watching tv anyways) and that the propane in the grill had run out (or wasn’t working). Otherwise everything was great!
Had a great 4-night stay here. Super easy to find and convenient location near beach, and plenty of options for food and shopping. Recommend shopping and cooking in unit—the bbq was great to have! Unit includes lots of towels, beach gear, etc which was really nice to have.Overall 5/5. A few small things to note. Carpets in the main room are like ratan and very tough on the feet. Tile and bedrooms were great. The starter on the bbq didn’t work so we had to use matches. And several of the boogie boards and the beach umbrella were broken so not usable. None of those things would keep me from staying at this property again! Highly recommend!
Nice place to stay in the big island. The unit feels well updated. Very short walking distance to some shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Beaches nearby, too!

Good overall experience staying at this property
Kitchen equipment was perfect and we could cook any kind of dishes. Very clean and well maintained.
The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and across the street from the pool & dedicated parking spot. ABay beach is a 5 mins drive. The elevator also made access to the apt. easy with our luggage and stroller.
The kitchen was well appointed with quality cookware, a few spices/oils to get going. It was very nice to cook and grill at the apt.
Also all the beach toys were really nice to have. Toys, chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Everything was there and despire the 2 pain points below, we'd stay here again.
My only 2 pain points were:
1. The pillows in the Master bdrm are old, thin and smell. Would suggest bringing your own if you like a nice pillow. There is also only 2 total pillows if you don't count the decorative ones.
2. The clean-up was intense. Had to strip the beds, take out all trash, no dishes in the sink or dishwasher. No food items left in the fridge. Reset everything back to how you arrived. Its annoying to pay a cleaning fee, but also spend an hour on your last day cleaning before departing.
We stayed here for a week and loved it. The property management was wonderful to work with and everything was exactly as described. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great place in a great location. Close enough walking to the beaches and shopping/restaurants. Lovely view of the lava field and golf course. Pool in the complex.

The property was just as described. Amy was a very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We loved the detailed binder of information she provided for guests, which included information about things to do and local favorites. The condo was immaculate and provided a peaceful getaway. We spent a lot of time across the street, at the Marriott resort, which has a great beach and live music. We would definately stay again!

This is a beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable condo in a great location. Check-in could not be easier. And we loved having a parking space.

We had a very nice time and smooth experience with the condo. The place was impeccably clean, with everything we needed. It’s a small detail, but very helpful to have a truly full-stocked kitchen including quality knives, multiple spices and Tupperware etc.
Perfect quiet getaway with all the amenities.
Spacious, decent new, furniture are clean and good, very nice cooking area/stove with all very good cookware, nice patio, close to restaurants/starbuck/supermarket, very responsive place manager.
Very happy overall stay.
Sure can come again to stay in the future.
