This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first level condo offers the convenience of a full kitchen, air conditioning throughout the unit, an open and airy living space, and fabulous lanai area for dining or lounging. There is a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen-sized pull out sofa in the living room.  
 
As a Ka'anapali Royal guest, you will be able to enjoy the occasional round of golf or scintillating game of tennis, followed by a dip in the pool and spa, or soak in total relaxation in the onsite sauna. Ka'anapali Royal is a meticulously landscaped resort with swaying palm trees, two lighted tennis courts, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and shared BBQ grills. This three-level resort is not equipped with elevators, but the ground floor condo only has a single flight of stairs leading to the entrance. 
 
RESORT FEE:  $154. The resort allows a maximum of two cars per unit.

Tons of space for our kids to run around inside. AC was great. Entry level walk out to common areas with pool. Lots of beach gear, more than advertised on the listing which would have been good to know as we rented somethings beforing arrival so we had a duplicate wagon. Great location with short walk to resort area.

We had a great time in this spacious condo. Perfect location, close to the pool, near to great beaches , close to Safeway, cvs, Ross, great food around the area. Over all my family had a wonderful stay on this condo. I definitely recommend.

Great location just a 10 minute walk from the beach, food, shopping. We stayed with my son for his 21st birthday and loved the condo, 4 adults had plenty of space. Opens right to the lawn towards the pool area so made it seem even bigger than it already was. Nicely decorated, used the beach towels, cooler, chairs etc

This is our 4th time to Maui and renting through VRBO we have always had a wonderful experience however this time I think because the property is handled through a separate property management company it definitely wasn’t the smoothest check in process. We arrived at the property Saturday at about 4pm after a full day of travel and had no way to get into the security gate, luckily another car drove in so we were able to access the property grounds. The main office is closed now on the weekend and so we had no way of checking into our unit. I never received an email prior to check in with the gate or door codes. Luckily the coconut grove property management had a 24 hour hotline so they were able to give us the door code however they did not know the gate code so we were not able to leave the complex with the car that evening for fear of not getting back in. We had a party of 7 and there were not enough sheets for the 2 pull out beds or enough towels but the management company did bring more the following day once they were notified. After a rocky start our family had a wonderful time. We had fantastic weather and the location of the unit is great.
